So let me start off by saying…I eat at several restaurants in VA BEACH..This restaurant had thee most underrated customer service I’ve ever seen..So bad I didn’t even tip…I tip every time and generously by the way..I’m a firm believer that waiters/waitresses are deserving of good pay..Serving isn’t for everybody..So with that being. I will never ever come to this establishment again. A business only has to show me once I’m not important. My server was friendly at the beginning of service..Thn we didn’t see her again. Not one server asked were me and my daughter ok or did we need anything else. I know we were there a lil over an hour. I had to finally ask where my server was and thn a young lady approached. Didn’t greet us didn’t ask if we needed or wanted anything else..I had to ask for a takeout container..At that point I had grew extremely irritated. I watched every other table get asked is everything ok and do u need anything else…And we were just left there..Customer service is very important to me. And if u can’t acknowledge all patrons..Thn maybe everybody needs some more training classes…Do better because the food is truly amazing…I definitely will be sad that I won’t be goin back..Also I wanna add I know it’s a thing in the serving community that black people don’t tip..For me that’s not true at all…Again if I get amazing service I’m definitely gonna tip and tip very generously..Even lackluster service I’ve tipped..But this service there was none at all..I was so disappointed..
Another thing I wanted to order to more teas and some mochi.. Unfortunately I wasn’t gonna spend anymore of my hard working money on non existent service…DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I come here all the time. It is easily my favorite place to eat at. The food and the vibe just bring me back to Japan. I haven’t had ramen or curry close to the ramen and curry from japan but Inu Inu’s plates are exactly like japan’s. We’ll be back soon for sure. :))

My family and I have eaten at Inu Inu Ramen many times, and it never disappoints. Their ramen is authentic and delicious, not like the typical ramen you find around Virginia Beach. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back

Best ramen I’ve found in VA Beach! Fantastic curry too. The staff is always friendly and attentive. This is probably my most frequented restaurant in the area. I love their boba tea too.

Kind of stumbled into this place while out shopping….Five stars!! The food is so good and priced so good! Everything was delicious! And the atmosphere is great too! Definitely will be coming back!

I drive by this restaurant all the time and decided to give it a try.
Food: I got the hakata tonkotsu ramen and the chicken karaage as an app. The ramen was delicious and creamy. It had a nice flavor, and I love the toppings that it came with. The noodles were bouncy and the slices of pork were packed with flavor. The chicken karaage was standard, it was just lightly breaded chicken that’s deep fried.
Service: The service was fast and friendly. They greeted us and we were seated immediately. They brought water to the table and told us whenever we were ready to press the button at our table. Our food probably came out 11 minutes, after we ordered. The servers were super nice as well. They do add a fee if you pay by card.
Ambiance: I do like the ambiance of the restaurant. It was very clean and spacious. They definitely had space weather you want to do solo dining or with friends!
