Here’s the November 2025 menu for the Inu Pool Bar. First… this place is convenient if you’ve been hanging out on the beach or pool area. They have a covered seating area, full service bar, televisions for sports fans, and dine at the pool service or to go orders.

For families with kiddos, they have a lot of choices including grilled cheese, grilled chicken breast, Mac n cheese, fried chicken fingers, and cheese pizza.

For everyone else, they have island mixed plates, fresh caught seafood dishes, burgers, nachos, wings, and everything else you would expect at a barefoot walk-up bar. You can also charge to the room.

We had the kalbi beef ribs, white rice, and macaroni salad and the nachos with pork, cheese sauce, tomatoes, jalapeños, onions, guacamole, and sour cream. It certainly pleased our appetites for a quick lunch and the kiddos sampled the children’s plates.

On the next day, kids got a cheese pizza, we tried swordfish grilled, and wings.

The vegetable and tofu stir fry is excellent. The cauliflower had that wonderful, subtle charred flavor that comes from stir frying at high heat. The pizza from kid’s menu was pretty tasty as well. Overall they have decent vegetarian options. I’m pleasantly surprised how much better the food is here compared to the two neighboring Westins.

We had a big party for dinner (10 people). The good news is that everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food and drinks. The bad news is that the server was in a terrible mood. I don’t think they get large parties that often. This is more of an upscale lounge for couples and small parties.
I’m still giving four stars because the food is wonderful and the atmosphere is top notch. Great design that blends in perfectly with the surrounding pool area.

Great staff! Parents went to this pool bar multiple times and had a great time. I got a mocktail which was yummy! Got the Liliko’i mango cheesecake and it didn’t live up to my expectations. Overall good place.

Nicely placed near pool and still have indoor / outdoor seatings.
Seems like small compared to the crowd around the pool.
We went for dinner, there was bit wait for table but service overall was good. The server was prompt and friendly.
Food was good as well. Both vegatarian ( garden burger) and Chicken (wings) were decent.

Really beautiful. They have 3 labeled vegan options. The onion rings, the french fries, and the local farm mixed lettuce salad. There is an option to add a garden patty to the salad, but the garden patty is not labeled vegan. They also have a tofu and vegetable stirfry which comes with potato macaroni salad so I think that’s why it’s not labeled vegan, perhaps it could be made Vegan.

Food and service was good. Service seemed to be limited to the immediate area around the bar, taking a seat near the bar resolves that issue.
If you’re into your sports there are limited TVs (2 No) so you may not find your team playing.
The food was tasty, if a little limited, but suits the pool scene well.

A one-star rating would be rather harsh, so a 2 it is…

The word “inu” in Hawaiian means to drink, an appropriate name for this bar that serves as the main watering hole at the pool of the brand new Westin Nanea timeshare/hotel. We’re normally not pool people but we decided to check it out anyway.

ATMOSPHERE:
The bar area is housed in an open-air pavilion complete with a few lounge-style chairs and TV’s. The rest is pool deck seating.

MENU:
Pricey! drinks, sandwiches and burgers.

While I refrained from having any libations mainly due to the exorbitant prices, my friends had some beer.

SERVICE:
Here’s where the main problem lies with this place. I had a front row view of the bar as we sat across the pool from it. A good 30 minutes went by and no one came to greet us. The two female cocktail servers working spent all of their time under the shade of the bar’s pavilion and serviced just the lounge chairs there. Desperate, one of my friends had to walk to the bar to get menus. You’d think after seeing a guest walk to the bar and ask for a menu they’d pay attention and maybe even feel bad. Absolutely not. Want to order? Walk yourself back up again. I even noticed a couple sitting to the side of the pool and bar that had to self-serve themselves as well. Absolutely reprehensible in general as it lacks common courtesy but more so because of their risible prices.

OVERALL:
I say bring your own booze to the pool and save money as they don’t pay attention to paying guests anyway.

Very cool spot to look at the ocean and have dinner and watch a game. Bartenders that we had were very enjoyable and had good insight of things to do and local knowledge. Brendon was a delight.

We only ordered drinks, and we were shocked by how expensive they were. $12 for non-alcoholic options, while the alcoholic drinks ranged from $16 to $18 each! Unfortunately, we found the taste underwhelming and didn’t feel they justified the high price.
