Intrepid Steak, Seafood & Raw Bar is inspired by Sir William Stephenson, code name Intrepid, the British intelligence agent during the Second World War. Stephenson was close friends with world-renowned author; Sir Ian Fleming – who credited Stephenson as the ‘real thing’ when asked about his inspiration behind his famous spy, James Bond. Steak is at the heart of our new menu as expertly dry-aged prime cuts of fire grill beef while seafood lovers can enjoy our sushi station and raw bar which specialises in oysters, caviar and fresh local fish. End the night with our Intrepid 007 Layer Chocolate Cake and our stable, soon-to-be classic, Intrepid Martini – served ‘Shaken Not Stirred’.

I’ve eaten at grand restaurants globally and there’s a reason this one has 4.9 stars, because it’s amazing! The chicken was perfection. They handled food allergies with complete flawlessness. The wine was great. The prices competitive. The vibe 10/10. The service was impeccable. Michael my waiter was unbelievable. Even gave me an unprompted history of the spot. When I asked for a serrated knife for my chicken, Michael brought out A TRAY OF COLORED knives to choose from, of various shapes and sizes. This is simply a superb restaurant. I would fly back

My friend and I stayed at the Hamilton Princess and we went to this restaurant for dinner every night. It was that great. Honestly, I have and would highly recommend that anyone visiting Bermuda add this as a must go to dinner. We had a fantastic meal every night, trying things from the main menu as well as their specials of the day. We tried mostly the seafood so I can’t speak about the steaks, but all the seafood options were fantastic. In addition, the staff was amazing and very friendly and provided great recommendations, including Lloyd and O’Brian. Cannot say enough great things about the restaurant. It brought in a great crowd too, young and grown but sophisticated and chic.

Stayed at the hamilton princess back in July for our ten yr anniversary. Intrepid was our choice for our high end night out and it did not disappoint! The food exceeded our expectations and the staff were top notch. All the little details and special touches were present throughout the whole visit. We are returning next week and will definitely be dining with them again!

My husband and I didn’t stay at the Hamilton princess but we did eat at the Intrepid. The food and the service were fantastic. The seaside espresso martini is seriously amazing, one of the best I’ve had. Oysters were delicious, the hamachi crudo and the spicy tuna role were amazing. Chilean sea bass was also fantastic. Bread and butter were so fresh. Our server Rafael was WONDERFUL – he was very attentive and it was some of the best service we’ve had. 10/10 recommend!!!

Best dining experience in Bermuda. The food and service go hand in hand to offer the dining experience of a life time. Truly a magical time. We had basically everything on the menu and it was all amazing. The tuna tartare and hamachi crudo were standout stars of the appetizers. Everyone split the Intrepid Striploin Flight with their partner and we were all blown away by the quality of steak. The sides and sauces complimented the steak beautifully. We had incredible hickenbotham cabernet shiraz wine to go with the steak. The wine was beautiful and the style it was served made it even greater. The all star desserts were the 007 chocolate cake and the lemon meringue cheesecake.
Now to emphasize the service. Intrepid has the best dining service we have ever experienced. Lloyd made sure every detail of our visit was perfect. He poured the wine, he entertained our baby, he is of the top class when it comes to service. Our server, Julius, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. His charm and excitement for hospitality made us feel welcome and appreciated. Olena, a then trainee, also added to the experience with her positive attitude and attention to detail. Christian even helped my mother-in-law to the bathroom arm-in-arm. Overall, the service is top-notch, of the finest order, supreme.

Absolute true luxury and class. We traveled in April / May 2025, this was our first trip to the island in 3 years. We were happy to be welcomed back with absolute impeccable service. We felt so welcomed and enjoyed our stay immensely. We absolutely loved the steak flight, which is 3 phenomenal cuts of steak, served with different sauces to try. Every one of them was the best steak I have ever had. Special shout out to the manager Lloyd at Intrepid who was awesome, and our waiter Oliver who was also wonderful. I wish we lived closer because we would be there all the time. Can’t wait to go back – this is the reason I am saving to travel again!

Rafael was such an incredible server and host. The food was phenomenal. I highly recommend the steak flight and smoky old fashioned. We finished with the 007 cake and it was delicious. Don’t miss out on this experience.

Came here for dinner with a few friends and colleagues. This is a great place for fine dining. The selection of food and drinks is quite good. Had the Chilean seabass which was excellent. Overall, good place for small groups. Not to mention the great view and helpful staff as well

Intrepid was a wonderful dining experience. We were not guests at the hotel and we came out of season in winter and still had an incredible time. Rafael was our server and he was knowledgable, just the right amount of attentive, and kind. He gave us great recommendations for other things to do and see during our stay. The rest of the staff was fantastic too. And the food was delicious. Definitely a fine dining experience but worth it!
