I had such an amazing experience! The atmosphere was fantastic, and the owner was so helpful while I was ordering my food. I’m so glad I chose the oxtail soup, nsima, jerk chicken, and cabbage – absolutely delicious! You all should definitely check this place out; it’s a gem!

This family owned restaurant and bar is outstanding. The food is fantastic – perfectly prepared and seasoned. I had tilapia – fresh, richly seasoned, tender and perfectly cooked, not too much or too little done. The collards, also perfect doneness and seasoning, flavorful, a bit spicy in just the right amount. The nsima was new to me but tasted like finely ground grits, just thicker, and were yummy. Beef and vegetable samosas were beautifully seasoned. Do not miss International Fuse Bar and Grill!

Was told by a friend to try this place out and I was not disappointed. I ordered the samosas for appetizer and was told by friend to get ox tail juice to dip them in. This combination was amazing and so delicious. For my main meal I ordered the ox tail and rice with beans, delicious and amazing flavors from the ox tail. Highly recommend if you want delicious food that will fill your belly and while also being kind to your wallet.

Food was great. It was hot and flavorful! Service was also friendly and attentive. Price is a little high but portion was large and with the quality. We saw street parking but maybe there is a lot in back. Not busy on a Friday evening for dinner, hidden gem honestly.

The food here is exceptional. We had stewed chicken with rice, tilapia with nsima, all seasoned beautifully – rich and complex. This is so worth going out of your way for, hard to find this level of quality. Don’t miss it!

Got the rice and jerk, based on my friend’s recommendation – they knew what they were talking about! It was muy rico, and I also loved the fried plantains too (you get one side, with a main dish). My friend – he also (graciously) offered for me to try some of his nsima, which I never had before – it was interesting..think I’ll get another dish with it, next time I come here (which is nice, since it’s right by IUSB campus, too. Just walk right on over!)

Was visiting my daughter out in college at ND and she couldn’t wait to take us here. Food was amazing and authentic. My husband lived in Liberia for a season and we have many friends from Africa, one who joined us for this meal.
We all enjoyed immensely the various dishes we chose. I enjoyed the oxtail and nsima. The other members of our party enjoyed the jerk and various other things on the menu.
My apologies for the picture. I wasn’t planning on doing a review. The photo was cut from a selfie we took. The empty plates proof that we enjoyed our food immensely.
My only regret is I couldn’t figure out how to get one of those cute little grubhub robots to get an order back to Denver for me.
I highly recommend this place, whether you are from Africa, enjoy African fare, or are simply needing the challenge to try something exciting, yummy and new!
