I ordered a burger and fries. The lady told me she would text me when the food when it was ready. I told her I was getting other food and would not be standing waiting right at her shop. She said we text you and call your name. I waited forever.. never got a text. Went to check and she said the food was ready long ago. I said I never got a text and she ignored me. Food was ice cold. Asked her to remake it because she said she would text. She rudely said.. “i know what I said” and grabbed my fries only and threw them and gave me new fries but not burgers. This lady was so incredibly rude. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Yum! First timer and it was so tasty! Definitely get the fries. Quinton, or Q, helped us out and he was very friendly and helpful. If you even think you MIGHT want a burger, then you do and you need to try Intergalactic. The burger was juicy, the toppings were fresh, and the fries (with cheese sauce) were spectacular!

Intergalactic Burgers has VERY good burgers and fries that are full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The service is also very good friendly, fast, and welcoming. Definitely a spot worth checking out

I had the burger with the egg on it. It was very good, well made. The fries, I had the wookie and it was loaded. Not a big fan of the sauce on it, but I finished them. The atmosphere is just so loud and hectic. It’s like the rest of the restaurants here, about $25 a person.

Fries were overdone and crunchy (despite the place being busy and fresh fries coming out), asked for guac on my fries (which I didn’t get or get charged for), the order taker was rude and huffy, and the employees kept loudly yelling people’s names despite people getting texts to know when their food was ready. The burger however was good as well as the mushrooms. Overall the employees were rude, the food was okay, and the wait time was ok.

Good, but kind of expensive for something that wasn’t that memorable. Feels like the same kind of burger you’d get at any sit down restaurant so I don’t think I would specifically come back for it, but for trying it out once, it was satisfying. I think I would be more likely to get fries again since I feel they’re a better value and were well-seasoned under the toppings. Overall it was good, but nothing to write home for.

The guy taking orders seemed to be annoyed. It could have been coworkers, hell maybe us. But all we did was order and KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. the meat was very good, cheese was good. The buns were a lil hard but i think that is bc they leave the bun bag open. *close it when its not busy* our fries were bomb!! I wish they were hotter for it to all come out at same time. I would go back again! The food hall was a nice experience

What I wanted was a delicious burger and fries and that’s exactly what I received. I recommend the cheese fries because the sauce pairs perfectly with the crisp waffle fry. Best part of the meal was the super friendly employee who took my order.

It was ok . Burger was fine. Nothing special about it . Just frozen burger patty that they grill.
