Insomnia cookies are very rich and very sweet! I actually like that they’re not gigantic like a number of the other popular cookie chains. In fact, I think the warm cookies have the edge over their ice cream. Overall, a great visit and very helpful staff.

Ordered late lastnight, got a dozen, Omg, they really are delivered warm and were so good. Ordered 10 different cookies and a couple doubles. Every single cookie was perfect. Not 30 minutes after they got here. There was only 4 left. I had to hide them for me, lol. I love that I can order late-night. Will be ordering again this weekend, I found my sweet spot shop. You guys are awesome!!

I’ve always loved Insomnia — the cookies are warm, fresh, and honestly my favorite. I’ve also usually had good experiences with the staff, which makes today even more disappointing.
When I walked in, the store was completely empty and there were two employees present. One of them saw me come in, and I even said “Hi,” but there was no acknowledgment. I ended up standing at the counter for minutes waiting to be helped. It felt awkward, especially since there were no other customers.
They didn’t even ask what I wanted — I eventually had to interrupt to place my order. When I did, the response felt annoyed like I was inconveniencing them by being there. It just didn’t match the warm and friendly atmosphere I’ve experienced here before.
I work in retail too, and I know how important it is to at least acknowledge customers, a simple greeting goes a long, even a simple “I’ll be right with you” makes a difference. I still love the cookies, but I hope the customer service improves.

I’ve had their cookies various time and they are always great. They are soft and warm. They also offer vegan options and offer to place the vegan cookies in different bags. It is also the only place open late for a sweet craving. Insomnia cookies also delivers.
