I usually love Insomnia Cookies, but my recent visit was really disappointing. The server who helped me was extremely rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. She acted annoyed when I ordered and was short with her responses the entire time. It honestly made the whole experience uncomfortable. I get that everyone has bad days, but customer service still matters — especially at a place that’s usually so friendly. Definitely not the warm late-night cookie stop I was expecting.

Placed an online order of 75 cookies online and was quoted a 47 minute delivery time. After 50 minutes, I checked the tracker and my order was still in preparation stage. I called the store and was immediately told my order was too large to be placed online- no way it was going to get delivered. I asked how many cookies I could have delivered right away and was told none – nor could they advise me of a time in the future when my order could be delivered. Yet they have a tracker that sets time expectations?!This is my first time to ever place an order here. Terrible customer service, terrible system, DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you are happy to receive an order whenever they get around to it! Don’t have a system that allows orders to be placed online on short notice if you can’t fullfill the order in the time your system states!

The worker was extremely rude when we went in and order cookies, I was told there wasn’t enough of one cookie, which I understand, but there was no need to have extreme attitude and rudeness from the worker when I asked, also there was no need to throw the box over the counter. The customer service is extremely lacking if insomnia is going to allow people to be rude to guests.

Ordered the cookiewich with a chocolate milk. My cookies were pretty raw grainy and not warm at all my chocolate milk didn’t get delivered and the dreamweaver ice cream tastes like a cold icing i used to love this place so I’m sad I have to write this but 20$ for 2 raw cookies is unbelievable.

Definitely wasted 30$ on 7 cookies wouldn’t do it again the cookies were not fresh and the first part of my order was missing and had to be redeliverd and those cookies were also cold the customer service was terrible the young man working had no sense of apology or customer service also it would be nice if the delivery drivers knocked on your door and didn’t just ditch the food in 30 degree weather advertise warm fresh cookies get em cold

Who doesn’t like a good cookie. The employees are very nice, the actual building is a run down little shack. AC was out, oven was down, not much product. Not the staff’s fault, have to put the blame on facilties management.

Placed an ordered and didn’t leave the bakery till exactly an hour later. I understand if the specific cookies I wanted needed to be remade (reheated? Not sure how they’re made there.) but with no communication? I got no call, text, email as to why it was taking so long and was about to call as soon as I got the text it’s barely leaving. Communication needs to be improved greatly if that was the reason it took an HOUR just to leave the business, not even to be delivered yet.
