What’s the point of preordering on the app if you still have to wait in the general line to pick up? Seems as though prices are going up but quality keeps going down. Ordered two deluxe and 4 original/classic cookies. Either classic cookies are getting bigger or the deluxe cookies are shrinking because they are now almost the same size. Posting a picture and have you guess which ones are which. If you really want to order cookies from here just get the classic and save yourself the extra money but there are better more consistent places around

I bought a tub of ice cream for 9.5 today. I was surprised by the size of the tub; it was very small and not worth the price at all. It just tasted like ice cream; there are better options in the shops and markets. I will never, ever go back to that place; it’s so expensive. I feel stupid for ever buying anything from there again.

I ordered a box of 9 cookies for delivery. Delivery took almost an hour past the latest arrival time quoted. Then the cookies were refrigerator cold upon arrival and we were missing 2. I called the store and the person I spoke to basically said I was lying about the missing cookies because the box was taped when I received it. She then put me on hold and hung up on me after about a min on hold. I called back and then the same person very shortly said, “ok well I can send them out is that what you want?” I asked my husband if he would rather just go get them instead of waiting again and the person on the phone said, “NO! You can’t come get them! Do you want me to send them out?” I replied, ” oh ok, then yes, that’ll be fine.” She then hung up on me again.
I waited over 3 hours until after store closed, no cookies. Unacceptable from the start!!

Hard pass. I know good cookies/desserts. Finally got to trying these. Online order pickup, waited at counter for someone to finally show up like others mentioned. After 10 mins I was handed this small box, I was like “how can there be 6 large cookies in here??” Opened box, what a disappointment 🙁 The only upside is they were warm.
Chocolate chunk – God awful quality chocolate. So bad that the chunks don’t even melt, horrible aftertaste.
Salted caramel – wth? It was so large and flat it took up almost the entire bottom of box. Again, awful quality caramel, very cheap tasting.
The plain sugar and snickerdoodle were the only ones I could tolerate. Even so, very generic grocery store quality.
When the cookies cooled they got hard as a rock.
That’s what you get when buying from a chain. Cheap ingredients, inconsistency, horrible employees. Seriously overpriced at almost $30 for this small box of yuck.

Cookies were great. The delivery experience less than desirable. None of my instructions were followed. As a result i am deactivating my insomnia cookie account. Only because they use door dash and I did not realize that.
I asked for the door bell to be rung and cookies handed to someone. Instead they were left outside on the step in freezing cold buffalo weather.

The lady who helped us was polite so we didn’t have any issues with service like the other reviews suggested. First time trying Insomnia Cookies and they are delicious. Big up to their kitchen appliances, they serve the cookie straight out of an oven-like shelf so the cookies are served warm, pretty innovative. Felt like it was a bit pricey for the size, probably better off getting a box if it lowers the cost per cookie

First time trying insomnia cookies and wow what a experience. These are the best cookies in town! I love how soft and melty and warm they are. They are perfection in every way. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. I would love to try more different cookies from this place. Absolutely recommend!

I wanted to try this place due to the fact that I wanted to compare it to Crumble cookie to see which one i would choose as my go-to. I like the fact that they have a seating area for you to enjoy your dessert. Crumble cookie does not have anywhere for you to seat its a grab and go. The cookies are smaller than Crumble cookies, but they are still good cookies. They also have vegan options.

They have been my go to cookies lately night after parties at many places ! Checked out this outlet for a takeout and the cookies are still made good and taste great !
They have lots of flavors , cookies are served warm and they also have different flavors of ice cream to check out too.
My favorite cookie here is the dark chocolate chunks.
But have tried almost all flavors and each one is good.
Only suggestion, work a little on the packing, 20 cookies in this box is just too cramped !
