I’ll give credit where credit’s due, the cookies themselves were good. But I thought Insomnia’s slogan was “warm cookies delivered crazy late.” However, I opened up my box to anything but warm cookies. In fact, the cookies I got were cold. I was so excited to open up my box to hot, ooey-gooey, and fresh out of the oven cookies that the slogan promises, however I was let down.

The 45 minute drive was well worth it! I scored my favorite classic chocolate chunk cookies, and they were soft fresh and just absolutely delicious. I should’ve gotten there a bit earlier because the variety was very limited but otherwise the store was clean, staff were nice and I was a pretty happy customer!

The red velvet cookies here are DELICIOUS. The service is extremely friendly and quick here. You walk in, order, get your cookie instantly, sometimes straight out of the oven, pay, done and out within a few minutes. $3 for a larger than average cookie but far superior than your average cookie, very much worth it. They have a wide variety of cookie flavors from chocolate chip, red velvet, lemon poppy, and smores are some to list off, you’ll have to go look in person to find out the rest!

This was an online order I placed for my son to be delivered to his university dorm for his bday. They do have insomnia cookies store in town so I knew it would be nice and fresh. Needless to say, they were delivered perfectly wrapped individually as I requested, on time, and my son loved them. I did use Grubhub for delivery- did not use the insomnia cookies delivery system- I cannot advise on the insomnia cookie delivery system, only on the cookies themselves

Very simple you choose what tasty cookies they have, which is soft and moist, or you can make your own cookie icecream sandwiches.
Recent update: eventhough I left a previous review but I just want to give a shout out to Austin and the crew on 05/11/22 for making the smores cookie for me after I drove 40 minutes to get there (I’m sure he didn’t know) because that was my only thing I wanted after a long day this is the pinnacle of customer service, thanks again!

A UConn Storrs staple. It’s one of the few places nearby that students can go to late at night that isn’t a bar, and when I was at Storrs I enjoyed doing so. The ice cream sandwich cookies are my favorite, and customer service has always been top-notch.
