Great tasting cookies. A lot of options. They have vegan options and a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie only one gluten-free cookie .. A little pricey. 3$ for a regular sized cookie. And 5 for a slightly bigger one. In a nice town where you can get something to eat and then go there after for a cooking…… The ice cream is also good….. Been here several times to try it out. It’s worth it every once in a while…..

Must sound very weird, but it was the first time in my 21 years on Earth to enter a cookie store past 10pm-ish, and it left such a good impression. I’m not a big fan of sweet eats, but this place downright convinced my heart and mind. I ordered a deluxe salted caramel for $4.28. Price was definitely not cheap, so minus (-) 1 star ⭐️. Customer service was unexpectedly wonderful, given that nighttime staff elsewhere would typically feel reluctant to serve. They carefully asked if I wanted a paper plate or a double-open bag for takeout.
Recalling all my cookie-tasting memories, I think this is the best cookie I have ever had. They handed the cookie to me lukewarm. First bite was exactly like described in the title, very ooey-gooey. You could feel that batter hot out of the oven melting in your mouth. The texture was soft, wet, a little crispy, and sticky; nothing could compare to it!! When I first held it, it broke into medium-sized parts that fit my chewing capacity. Yummy, but one is enough for the night because it’s cloyingly sweet at some point. ⚠️ Please handle it with care, or it will break into pieces‼️
Overall, very positive experience in my first attempt at ordering and tasting a cookie. Also feeling thankful because there was a suddenly long, long queue after my order

Evening management here is so lovely; they’re always very friendly and helpful when I come in. My only complaint is that occasionally I get weird-shaped half-cookies, but all of their cookies taste amazing!
They’re very respectful about bagging vegan cookies separately (or boxing them separately, depending on how many you have), and their deluxe cookies are indeed deluxe-sized! (see the deluxe cookie pictured)
(P.S. the vegan birthday cake cookies are great even if you’re not vegan! My personal favorite is the deluxe salted caramel.)

I was looking for something sweet and can be delivered late in the day and weekend for my son birthday. Insomnia cookies Amherst MA happy to delivery 7 days a week. I ordered online paid for everything included delivery charge and the tip. I chose Insomniac Celebration Pack. A signature 6″ cookie cake, a pint of ice cream, and a Super 6 pack. Add a brownies too.The delivery guy will text or call to let the recipient know when he/she arrived. My son when to the front door got the Cookies and ice-cream. Cookies still warm and fresh and the ice-cream still cold my son told me. He and his roommate enjoyed them very much. I will recommend for everyone.

Friendly staff that provided Amazing customer service while attending the fort. He was very polite and had sufficient knowledge of his products. The cookies were freshly baked and went well with the Ice cream. It was worth the wait. YUMMMMM

We’ve been here before and it was great!!! However, for my birthday yesterday, my husband got me cookies. They were the worst cookies I’ve ever had. They were so dry and rock hard. For the price paid for 12 cookies I was expecting waaaaayyyy better quality. We had to put them in a plastic container with a piece of bread just to get a slight softness back into them. Super disappointed
