Authentic Hong Kong style Chinese food with high quality food.
The quality of the food here is a highlight. All that is familiar with Hong Kong style Chinese will agree.
Everything we have ever ordered had always been up to our standard and we have had Chinese food all our lives.
The food is not too oily, not too sweet, not too salty. All the flavors are very balanced.
The HK milk tea is was made in a traditional and authentic way. The bitterness and sweetness is well balanced.
I highly recommend this place!

This HK style Cha Chaan Teng was conveniently located near my hotel (Hampton Inn SFO) during my visit back in May. I had their Hainanese Chicken Rice as well as salt & pepper chicken wings for take outs. The chicken rice was decent and the portion size was acceptable. However, as someone who loves the Singaporean version, I was disappointed by the lack of the classic tangy and spicy chili sauce, which really completes the dish. Overall, an average experience.

What an amazing dumpling place! Totally deserves 5 stars. We came at 9:40am on a Saturday and it was already packed. Obviously the locals know about this place! This is from my 13 year old son: Best soup dumplings I think I’ve ever had. Obviously traditional and great. 6 stars if possible.

Your typical hong Kong-nese cafe. We usually come here for the breakfast sets with HK style milk tea.

Interesting menu. We ordered the dimsum platter, steamed rice with mushrooms and chicken and vegetable bean curd roll. All was tasty. Service was fast. House tea is red tea which I had when in China. Would recommend

We came for the Japanese cuisine – Inshou. Instead of, we got this HK style cafe. Man, if you take over someone else’s business location, at least change to a different name. This is really misleading. It feels like you want to take the fame of the previous Inshou.

The store is big. Service was attentive and quick, but not in a friendly way.

The food was just okay. We ordered Hainanese Chicken over rice, Wonton noodle soup, Shrimp dumplings and Chilled milk tea.

Dude, I honestly thought the black circle in the picture was a label or sticker. Turned out it was a hole in the middle of bottle. Felt so cheated. And it tasted too sweet.

The chicken rice was very salty. The wonton noodle had weird ingredients. Typical wonton didn’t have peanuts. This one had. Both my husband and I could taste the peanut flavor in the wonton, which weirded us out. The only normal was shrimp dumplings. And, the food was kind of on the pricey side.

Besides the pictures we did ordered Beef chow fun, Wontons noodles soup and Hong Kong milk teas. Food tastes great, price is a little bit higher but portion size is big.
