Amazing quality food. Husband and wife operation that does take some time during busy hours but I will happily wait extra time to experience such high quality dishes. The sushi is very creative and the sauces are delectable. I cannot wait to visit again and again for as many years as they will cook for us.

I absolutely love this place! The food and service is great, but there’s been multiple times that I come, when their google hours say they’re opened, and they’re closed. I suggest fixing the google hours if you close earlier than 9. I’ve gone at 7-8 at night and they’ve been closed multiple times.

I have always went to Fulton to get sushi because I didn’t know this place was local! I will say their food is amazing! They were very welcoming and answered the phone when I called! This will definitely be my go to place for my weekly sushi! Thank you so much!

Out of being thru 15 different states and a few other countries in the world this place by far has the most amazing food ever experienced. Every dish is prepared to a complete mastery of culinary perfection. The owners are renowned for their expert customer service with their customers. By far Inori hibachi is the heart and soul of Hamilton, Marion county and even Alabama itself.
