We came to Innovo Kitchen to give a restaurant Review under Phantom Gourmet Travel and I had the North Shore roast beef sandwich with garlic parm tater tots have to say WOW hands down delicious and my business partner had The Monte Cristo Burger with chopped salad WOW delicious Hands down on both dishes. The service from Lia M. is absolutely incredible, The Atmosphere is amazing, customer’s seem to enjoy it because it’s almost a full house! We spoke with some customer’s in the parking lot and we got awesome feedback!
We recently experienced their Food Truck Also!
The Homemade Chocolate they make in House they give you when they give you your bill is absolutely delicious and they should sell that!

I had a good brunch at Innovo Kitchen this past month. It is a very impressive and spacious location. They have a large bar, ample seating, and a huge open kitchen which I always love to see restaurants/bars incorporate into the dining experience.

I would recommend getting the chicken patty sandwich, although I had gotten the breakfast burrito, I thought the sandwich was far superior. The buttermilk biscuits are also worth getting, they were very flavorful.

Our server was very attentive to our large table of 12, I would recommend coming here if you have a larger group because they are definitely able to accommodate with ease.

The food was delicious, with a good quality and ample quantity. The service was very good, quick, efficient, and attentive. The atmosphere on the patio was a little uncomfortable as our table was too close to the in/out door.

I drove about 45 minutes to try this spot and I would do it again. The food was spectacular 2/16 and our server was awesome. I wish I remembered her name. My friend and I got the cool ranch tots, 5 onion soup (phenomenal!) and shared the pork buns.
We were surprised to receive in house made asiago bread and a great bite of dark chocolate. Both were fantastic.

Came here for a celebratory meal. We wont be back.

Eggplant meatballs came out quickly, but they were fridge cold in the middle. We reluctantly sent them back to be remade. The hostess came over twice to apologize profusely and see if we needed anything – very professional. New meatballs came out 20+ minutes later, hot but under-sauced. After all the apologies and special attention from the Executive Chef, they were still on the bill. For a small appetizer of inexpensive ingredients, they easily could have comped the dish.

Our server, Steven, clearly was not having a good night. We were very polite throughout. Our “thank yous” were met with “Yup”. We asked what was in the 1912 Jack’s chowder and he pointed us to the specials menu, which has no description of the chowder. We felt a bit rushed out at 8:50 as he started clearing our water glasses, and didn’t feel like we could tell him we were still winding down. The place is LOUD and Steven was SHOUTING. Honestly, kind of jarring. The service needs polish, even for a casual spot.

50/50 burger was very good, wedge salad was good, white chicken parm was fine, chicken Caesar salad was “meh”.

Unfortunately, we had a pretty terrible experience here. We ordered the chefs special pasta and fish special. After we ordered they later told us they were out of the fish special. That’s a bummer, but no biggie, so we ordered the chicken wings. The pasta we received was a bowl filled with water, covered with an enormous amount of what tasted like canned mushrooms but was advised as wild mushrooms, and had absolutely no flavor. The chicken wings were over fried and covered in, again what tasted liked canned jalapeño peppers, with again, no flavor. They ultimately comped the pasta, and offered to make us something else but we were fairly disappointed enough and decided to finish our drinks and take off. Not sure if it was just an off night or what, but we were totally bummed with our experience tonight.

Innovo Kitchen is an American gastropub offering a wide variety of dishes.
I visited in the evening with my colleagues and really enjoyed the vibrant, lively atmosphere.
The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.
It’s definitely one of the top recommended restaurants in the area.

Ate here with my husband for Valentine’s Day. The restaurant was lively and our server, Savannah was so great! We got a cute welcome dish and they gave us house made dark chocolate at the end of the meal. Courses were delicious and perfectly portioned! PLUS my water glass always full (and I drink a lot of water!)! All and all a great evening. The large windows make it a bit chilly though, so bring a sweater! 🙂
