I love our own local coffeehouse and bakery! When they first opened, they came by all the local businesses and organizations and brought a gift box with samples of their baked goods. Excellent idea. Oh my gosh! The pastries were beautiful in appearance and so so delicious!!! My family has been hooked ever since.
They are invested in our community. They renovated the building and also the exterior grounds to make it inviting and fun for everyone including our furry family members. They have local community musicians come every Thursday morning and play live music. They host concerts also with local and regional artists and much more. They welcome us every time by name. What a service to our community! We are blessed by their generosity and presence.
Thank you Innominate Coffeehouse & Bakery!!!

You wouldn’t expect to find a coffee house and bakery this good tucked away in Ranchester, Wyoming — but Innominute Coffee House and Bakery absolutely delivers. It’s the kind of place that makes you pull off the highway once, and then plan your next trip around stopping again.

The coffee is first-rate — rich, smooth, and clearly made with care. The bakery case is a showstopper: everything from perfectly golden pastries to fresh, homemade breads that taste like they came straight out of grandma’s oven. The cinnamon rolls alone are worth the drive.

But what really sets it apart is the people. The customer service is genuine, kind, and full of that small-town warmth you can’t fake. You can tell they take pride in what they do and truly appreciate every customer who walks through the door.

The space itself is cozy, welcoming, and feels like the heart of the community — locals chatting over coffee, travelers discovering something special in the middle of nowhere.

Didn’t expect to find this during my elk hunt, but this Coffee House and Bakery isn’t just good “for Ranchester.” It’s good, period, something I’d expect back in Seattle. A true hidden gem on the Wyoming map.

This particular bakery has a European flavor and style that you will usually find only in a large city area. Absolutely delicious baked goods! The atmosphere is quaint, a few comfy chairs would add an extra touch, but the mountain country decor flavor adds charm. But, it is the pastries, soups, salads and outstanding coffee’s teas and variety that make this definitely a go to location. You definitely know the owner has skill is excellent in her pastry chef ability.

What a pleasant surprise! We were driving through Ranchester and decided to stop at this wonderful cafe. Incredibly clean, nicely decorated, both inside and out, we had to make the tough decision on which homemade items we’d purchase to accompany our lattes. We chose a cranberry scone (gluten free) and a bear claw; Both were fresh and delicious. In fact, the scone might be the best I have ever had, made with fresh rather than dried cranberries. The lattes were also perfectly made although I do wish they carried unsweetened almond milk). We sat outside on the porch and took in the beautiful front grass area and flower pots. We will definitely be back to try other items such as biscuits and gravy, quiche or maybe a sandwich. Prices reflect the quality of the items. Stop in if you have a chance!

Awesome local bakery and coffee shop we hit on our way to the Dry Fork Aid station supporting our runner doing the Big Horn Trail 100. SUPER friendly staff and this place was hopping on race day. Great indoor and outdoor seating options but we had to get ours to go in this time. The cinnamon roll, biscuits and cheddar bacon scones were the perfect crew fueling food!

What a delightful treat. Stellar food, a place to play music with new friends, a patio so our little dog could join in. ALSO, great campsite right behind with hot showers!! We’ll be back for sure

This place is so good, it deserves to be on all the travel guides for people crossing the state. Many great healthy options for breakfast and lunch. Vegetable quiche, avocado toast, and Panini with a side of salad are fantastic. We were very happy we took the exit and did a proper lunch here during our road trip. I highly recommend this spot!

We went in and had a big order this morning. The young staff did AMAZING. I wanted to give them public props because they handled everything with a smile on their face. It was busy and they were grinding trying to get everyone taken care of. I wish I got names so I could give them the proper thanks! Plus the food and drink were amazing as always. We always try to stop in on our way up the mountain.

I adore this bakery and coffee shop. And based on how busy it is every time I visit, it’s apparent that the rest of the community and those that visit the community also adore this gem.
I would HIGHLY recommend any of the quiches, the cinnamon roll, or any of the croissants.
The art collection is lovely, as well as the other oddities you can shop for here.

The only thing I would change about Innominate, I wish they had some cribbage boards. There is something special about a rainy morning, good food, good coffee, good company, AND a good game of crib.

This place is amazing! We had breakfast sliders, a breakfast burrito, a handpie, and a cinnamon roll for brunch. The coffee is excellent (and we are from the PNW, so we know!). We took cookies, more cinnamon rolls, a loaf of rosemary garlic bread, and their housemade granola for the road. Wish we had taken more! Delightful and delicious all around!
