We brought $80 in food and we were very disappointed. Pork chop dinner were tough cheapest cut of pork chops had more bone then meat. Gravy extra salty. Mac and cheese tasted like wood. Chitterlins tough and chewy, no flavor. Collard greens not cooked no flavor. Pig feet had more bones then meat dry no flavor. My friend got sick eating her pork chop dinner which included cabbage. The worst $80 I have ever spent. Do not recommend you eat there. I can say the staff was friendly and helpful. I won’t spend my money there
They lost a good customer. BTW I traveled over there from Chester, VA to get horrible food. No wonder when I got there they didn’t have any customers SMH

Great food, with alot of down home southern flavor. Fried Chickens wings had amazing flavor with a flakey crust. Ribs were so juicy, holding all the seasonings in place. Looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve passed this restaurant many times when the smokers were smoking! I said I must try them. I went there Fri night and got a BBQ…it was awful!!! After 2 bites, I was afraid to try another…sure that I would be violently ill!! Never again

Oh my! The pork is amazing! Just the right amount of heat and vinegar. It is so tender and juicy. I always get sweet potato fries with my barbecue. Yum!

It was my first time coming so I studied the menu from the website before I went. So when I got there to place my order they said they no longer carried kids meals so I had to go off memory because no menu was posted inside nor prices. I had two gentlemen come in after me one of which ordered the same thing but both received their food before I did. I waited about 20mins. The cost for a sandwich and three side came up to $15. So when I got home to try the food I expected it to be so good. Almost everything fell flat. The mac and cheese and cabbage both needed salt. The cabbage I could tell was made in a broth but still failed to deliver…the yams were good(sweet) The sandwich was big. The flavor good. So if I return I probably would just get a sandwich or maybe just yams and make sure I call it in.

I’ll say this. Brisket is listed on the menu. I went in asking for brisket. Initially I asked, do you all do sliced brisket? The man then replied, you want the brisket sandwich. I repeated no. I just wanted brisket, and I have been looking forward to getting brisket all day. He stated that I would still be charged for the sandwich (which is fine, but they have brisket listed as a menu item, separate from the brisket sandwich). I had questions about the menu that weren’t answered due to the abrupt demand for my order. This just isn’t the first impression I was hoping for. I went in with high hopes and before even receiving my food, I was met with this. I hope everyone’s experience isn’t like mine. And this my brisket was dry on top of that.

I have been craving pigs feet for awhile but have been hesitant to eat them from just anywhere. But when I tell y’all I’m so happy I tried this place I mean it. Everything was soooo good…especially with a lil hot sauce added. I will be ordering again tomorrow. Oh and the prices are very fair for the amount of food you get!

2 out of the 4 time I have been there they have gotten my order wrong. On my call with the last messed up order the young lady tried to debate me on what I ordered. Sad
