During our weekend visit to Palm Springs, we tried this restaurant for the first time. It was clean, beautiful, and had excellent service, especially from Mario. OUR WATER IS SUPERB!!! WAS AMAZING!! Great waiter, excellent service. Thank you, Mario, we will be returning and hope to continue receiving excellent service!!

FOOD: wonderful. If you are new to Peruvian food, stick to the typical dishes like “lomo Saltado” so you can get a good taste of what the flavor is like. Our food was good, really yummy, and full of flavor.
SEAFOOD: incredibly wonderful, with an abundance of flavor that was both intense and fresh.
STEAK: the steak was snot very delicious I don’t think this is the best spot for steaks; my partner ordered a steak, which was undercooked and frozen within. So don’t order steak here. All other dishes were fantastic.
DRINKS: There is a wide assortment of drinks, including alcohol, and there is a large bar.
PRICE: Well, it’s Palm Springs, so the costs are not cheap, but they’re affordable compared to other areas.

Overall, GREAT RESTARUANT AUTHENTIC PERUVIAN FOOD, THE FLAVOR IS JUST THE BEST, AND STICK TO THE TRADITIONAL PLATES, YOU WILL LOVE IT..!!

I WILL RETURN, VERY NICE PLACE FOR A GREAT DINNER AND DRINKS.

100% suggest this restaurant.

SUGGESTION: To the owner, please have some bread on the table; it will make a tremendous impact A basket of warm bread isn’t just for steakhouses; it might be something to add to your menu, or we could order a basket of bread and buy it. Kindly add some bread so customers have a choice to order it.

Beautifully decorated Peruvian restaurant. The staff was prompt to seat us and orders taken quicky. They did not accept substitutions and could not prep coffee as dessert. The wait for the food was moderate. We had chupe de camarón y pollo a lo pobre. Flavors were on par with a typical Peruvian restaurant. Waiter did not offer a second round of waters, or asked how our dinner was going. Overall, it was a nice dinner, but the price here is a little high, but I’m from out of state, and CA is pricier.

Whenever I’m in town, or even when Palm Springs comes up, I tell people about Inka. Incredible food, and friendly staff that far outpaces many of the other restaurants in the area.

It’s very unique, but I ALWAYS get the beef heart dish, Anticucho Peruano. There’s nothing quite like it, and it’d be hard to find elsewhere.

My group and I loved our dinner here. Not much to look at but the food was very savory! Drinks were tasty as well. Server was attentive and kind. Will recommend!

We had this amazing date night during our palm spring trip. Let me tell you, this place is super easy to find on main street, and you won’t have any trouble finding a parking spot either on the street or in the free parking lot nearby. When we went, it was pretty quiet, and they had both indoor and outdoor seating. We decided to sit outside and enjoy the lovely weather. Now, for the food, we ordered the tofu sultado for the veggie option and the beef curry with rice. Gotta be honest, the veggie dish didn’t really do it for me, but the meat dish was a whole different story. Bursting with flavors, it was absolutely delicious! And let’s not forget about their amazing Peruvian cocktails. We were blown away by everything we ordered. The server was really helpful, although he wasn’t super knowledgeable about Peruvian cuisine. But hey, overall, it’s a good spot to give your taste buds a treat. Definitely worth a try!

Very disappointing experience.
We went to eat here as a family with a baby, and from the start the customer service was poor. When we asked for a high chair, the staff refused to bring one and instead told us to get it ourselves, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming—especially with a baby.

On top of that, the staff was rude throughout the visit and made us feel uncomfortable. The worst part was being pressured and demanded to tip, even though tipping should never be forced. We did leave a tip, but the way it was handled left a very bad impression.

Good food doesn’t make up for bad service. Customer service needs serious improvement, especially for families.

Absolutely delicious. I ordered the Tofu Saltado, my companion had the Beef. Amazing. I practically licked the plate clean. Highly recommend and also suggest a Passion Fruit Pisco Sour with your meal. Can’t wait to go back.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with Peruvian food, but I was not disappointed. We felt bad for the people eating Mexican food next door because we knew they were missing out. Definitely consider coming here if you want a unique experience. The steak was mouth watering, the chicken fried rice was full of flavor, and the sea bass was so tasty. And don’t miss out on the unique Peruvian drinks as well. Very special place here!
