Inka Mama‘s is a wonderful restaurant. The food is spectacular. The Seafood Chaufa, its like Fried Rice except better was oh so yummy! The ceviche and empanadas are also top notch! But I cannot say enough good things about the service! The owner truly takes care of his guests. The decor is lovely! Its a bit pricey but its worth it! We had drinks. We will be back

I absolutely love the food at Inka Mama no matter which location. This is my first time at this San Clemente location. I really love their debit and how they styled this Location. It’s modern but with the hint of Peruvian culture, I loved the vibe. The person who served us was actually the owner, a super nice gentleman.
We ordered the Chicken Chicharron and fried yucca as the appetizer which my kids loved. The chicken was not dry and it had great flavor, a hint of spice was perfect. My husband ordered the classic dish Inka Special with chicken. I ordered the Tallarin Saltado, and Saltado Vianitas for the kids. It’s their favorite! The meat was all seasoned well no weird after taste, vegetables were cooked properly and it still had that crisp. And rice and sauce from that stir-fry is super delicious together. And we didn’t have to wait too long for the food to arrive.

We came in on Sunday night for dinner. There was no wait. The dining room was spacious and decorated with Inka inspiration, but it was quite dark. You can barely see the menu and the food. Although the food was good tasting, I was a little disappointed with the options available and the servicing size. There was only one ceviche option on the menu. We ordered the $35 seafood paella. The paella came in a plate rather than a flat pan as I would expect, and the portion size was rather small. The service was attentive and friendly though.

Favorite place in San Clemente! Their ceviche is the best I tried on the entire trip. All the food we ordered was very good and the service was attentive and professional.
Highly recommended!
Ask the service why all the ceiling lights have a green bulb, there is a funny story behind it 😉

Do not sleep on the green sauce! It’s fresh with a spice that comes in a little late but taste amazing. You will want to take home a 12 ounce container of the sauce. It goes on everything.
The owner stavros whose name I am likely butchering right now is an awesome dude. He’s out there interacting with customers and exudes pride in his entire operation. I’m only in the area a few times a year and I’ve been stopping by here consistently.

We saw this restaurant by chance as you were driving by, we even checked out the other establishments in the plaza, but we had a good feeling about this place and we were absolutely right.
The place was clean, customer service was great, the food was especially delicious. We ordered the Jalea, Parihuela, and chaufa rice and everything was flavorful and sumptuous. I would order each item again. But don’t get me wrong if this is the quality of their food all the other dishes are most likely great too.
Stavros and Dennis were very welcoming and spot on with their recommendations.
Awesome place.

My daughter got married in San Clemente and wanted gourmet Peruvian food to be served at her Rehearsal Dinner. We ordered food for 30 people that included Lomo Saltado (signature dish made w/filet mignon), Green Pollo w/Noodles (pesto sauce with chicken), Papa a la Huancaina (potatoes w/aji sauce), Empanadas (chicken, beef and spinach) and pitchers of sangria. Delicious! I have to add that the Pisco Sour drinks were out of this world! The ambiance was soft w/good music and a microphone that is a plus to any gathering. The supervisor, waiter and busboy were attentive to our every need and took away the stress that is present before a wedding. Go and experience a little bit of Peru!

Nice little place in a cute plaza at San Clemente. The service is excellent, friendly and quick. The food is good although in my opinion there are some items a bit pricey considering the portion size you get. We ordered only appetizers, highly recommend the empanadas and the ceviche!
