I was in southern California for business travel and had dinner at Inka Mama’s. I enjoy Peruvian food and they have a good selection of craft beer on tap. We started off with the Calamari that was very good. For my meal, I had the chicken Saltados. It is served with white rice, sautéed onions, tomatoes and French fries. It was so good. Our waiter, Alex was an outstanding server and a very nice person. He made our dining experience very memorable with his great service.

I had such a fantastic experience at Inka Mama’s! The food was absolutely delicious — I tried the causa and the lomo saltado, and both were amazing. The meat was juicy and flavorful, and every bite was full of taste. The aji verde sauce was the perfect touch — I could put it on everything!
Our server, Alex, made the experience even better. Friendly, attentive, and welcoming — he made us feel right at home.
Highly recommend Inka Mama’s if you’re looking for authentic, tasty Peruvian food and excellent service!

Food was delicious! The plátanos maduros were the best I’ve had in forever. Both our dishes were prepared perfectly and authentically. Our drinks were also very good. Our dog loved the kid’s meal too.
Unfortunately, the waitress/hostess was curt and unfriendly. When I asked her if she spoke Spanish, my native language, she bluntly answered, “Sometimes .” I told her how great the meal was and how it could have been a perfect experience if she had been a little friendly. Instead of apologizing, she was shocked, claiming she had been so nice.
She never offered us refills on our drinks nor did we see dessert menu. I had to go inside so that we could pay our bill—we were complete ignored.

So hard to rate without halves (not a 3 but 4 is a tad generous). Service was fantastic and friendly. Atmosphere is decent. The food was a bit bland for Peruvian tastes. Maybe trying to accommodate for local palettes but not sure. It’s quite expensive too and could be the location. Again, the staff was awesome and made the visit pleasurable.

Nice peruvian place to come and try out. We got the arroz con pollo its good, added lemon and made it better. Got the Jalea also its deep fried seafood with some veggies ontop. Next time we will try different food but so far nice place to come and try out. The Chicha morada was a different type of drink its sweet n juicy.

This Peruvian restaurant is amazing they have fresh food and I try the pisco sour cocktail so far is the best one I ever try in California. Service es amazing as well waiter Lu is really attentive and helpful when you ask any questions about the food.

Very nice Peruvian food restaurant.
Food is well prepared and abundant we were a big party and they served us fast without mistakes. All dishes are very good. The Peruvian Paellas has plenty of seafood . Leave some room for the typical ice cream.

It’s been 5+ years since I ate here previously. The soup, bread and green sauce are the same and amazing. Their Verde Pollo Pasta is a little different but still good.
