I have been to many qualitative restaurants but nothing beats this experience.
I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this restaurant is. The atmosphere is delightful, the service outstanding, and the food even better.
Each dish is served with a detailed explanation of its ingredients and origin, which greatly enhances both the flavor experience and the overall enjoyment.
As for my starter — Ostrica ponzu
I was so impressed by the combination of ingredients that I ordered it four more times!
For my main course, I chose the ceviche nikkei , having already tried the ceviche classico on a previous visit, and I was blown away by both.
I paired the incredibly flavorful dishes with a variety of cocktails, including: pisco sour, amarillo punch & many more
The restaurant is divided into two parts:
In one half, you can enjoy a calm and elegant atmosphere with beautifully set, white tablecloth-covered tables. In the other half, the vibe is a bit more casual, giving you the wonderful opportunity to watch the chefs and bartenders at work — a performance of focus and craftsmanship.
The service truly made the experience unforgettable, and I will absolutely return anytime.
This is my personal recommendation to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience: You won’t find a Restaurant combining quality, quantity, wonderful atmosphere, outstanding service and extraordinary flavor so perfectly as INKA does.
The Peru experience menu was incredible: every dish is a one way ticket to a different location of this beautiful nation. Our waiter has been the perfect “pilot” and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations!
If you’re looking for a one hour trip to Lima this is the place to go.
However I‘m sad to say that this was a very disappointing experience.
We came in and the chef was sitting in the kitchen on the kitchen shelf. Didn‘t move as we walked by. Weird.
The smell in the restaurant was super odd… like old smoke.
The portions were extremely small eventhough very expensive. Plus the presentation wasn’t at all made with style.
Some of the dishes were almost cold. Some had almost zero carbs and when we asked for bread, there wasn‘t any (?!)
The waiter unfortunately smelled like smoke really strongly and when he put down the cuttlery infront of everyone (on the wrong side in the wrong order) the smell really hit us.
I‘m sorry to post this review as they were all nice people. But the fact that we payed 140€ for the for of us without drinks and us having to go for pizza afterwards… that‘s just not what they promise on the website ect.
Last but not least: the music choice of reggaeton in a ‚fine dining‘ restaurant kind of killed the vibe.
I‘m sure there‘s much potential but the way it‘s now it‘s not worth visiting.
