Great service and a wonderful open layout make this bakery a great place to not just pickup your food but also eat it there. They have outdoor seating as well. We decided to try two more lunch options in the Wagyu smash burger and the chicken katsu sandwich. Really fantastic sandwiches that were rich in flavor and felt very luxurious (be prepared for a nap afterwards haha). We also enjoyed their coffee options a lot with some of the specials catching our eye. Last we had an espresso glazed croissant that was a lovely treat for dessert.

This place punches way above its weight class.
That kombucha-on-tap is cold, tart, and dry enough to pass for a chilled pét-nat if you squint, a total curveball. But the real star? That bánh mì. God damn. You got meat sliced like it owes you money, pickled veg with just enough snap to cut through the richness, and a heat level that hums but doesn’t hijack. Bread held firm too, no soggy bottom, no crumbling edge. Even the chips were crispy with intent, not filler.
Vibe inside leans rustic European with just enough “Brooklyn moved to the coast” energy to keep it from feeling try-hard. Whoever’s plating this food respects contrast: crunch vs chew, tang vs umami, green vs red.

Vibe-to-price ratio: Solid 8.7

Lovely place! The ingredients seemed fresh and the flavors were delicious. Everything sounded great so I had trouble choosing. The seating area was really cute and comfortable. We had the bahn mi and the tomago avocado toast and both were great. Afterwards we had lattes and those were well done

Great place for breakfast. My husband and I got breakfast sandwiches which they are huge we could have shared 1 and been full. My daughter got the peanut butter banana today she said it was really good. I got there Carmel latte iced coffee, highly recommend there coffee very good. Little pricey but for breakfast.

One of my new favorite places, if only they had a better location. The food here is never disappointing. But you must go for the pastries! Savory or sweet & all handmade. I’m obsessed with their chocolate croissants! I don’t even want to share this info bc I don’t want them to start being 86 (out) when I go to get one! Eat here if you find yourself out this way 🙂

While on the hunt for a solid breakfast burrito spot, I stumbled upon In Graino—and I’m glad I did.
I came for the burrito but ended up discovering a new favorite drink. The short rib breakfast burrito is no joke—loaded to the brim with eggs, potatoes, tender short ribs, and fresh veggies. It’s hearty, flavorful, and filling enough that I had to tap out halfway through the second half (no shame here).
But the real surprise? The Strawberry Matcha. It’s not only delicious and refreshing, but also one of the most beautiful matcha drinks I’ve ever had—topped with dried strawberry bits that give it an elegant finish.
I’ll definitely be back to sample more from their menu—those pastries were calling my name!

I first went to InGrano not long after it just opened and I continue to make the 18 minute drive to this one-of-a-kind bistro/bakery at least one day a week, sometimes two. It’s that good, and it’s that worth it. The coffee is my favorite in town, the pastries are some of the best I’ve ever had, every item on the breakfast and lunch menu is just as good as the one before, and now, we’re finally graced with dinner. InGrano recently launched a Supper Club that runs Thursday-Saturday nights every week. On level with fine dining, the modern ambience offers dim lighting and linen table cloths, with the menu offering craft cocktails and elevated dishes styled to the nines. Each month the dinner menu is a different global theme, and so far, InGrano has brought Japan and South America to Annapolis. Dinners are served as either a tasting menu with various courses, or a la carte for your choosing. I’ve had both tasting menus, because again, it’s that worth it. Each course is an explosion of cultural flavors that we don’t often get access to, and even more, a conversation starter at the table. This is what dining out should be — trying new things, connecting over the food, talking about the food, getting curious about the ingredients, and being present with every bite. It’s an experience for all the senses, as food should be. On top of that, the service is incredible, the owners are the kindest, and the design-forward space always has a welcoming energy. Instead of going out for two mediocre dinners in one week, save it for a real-deal food adventure at InGrano. We need more places that offer these types of food experiences and I have a feeling InGrano is paving the way for that here in Annapolis. Other restaurants in town better catch up, but in the meantime, give business where business is deserved.

We had a rather large group (9) for lunch and got there at a perfect time, before the lunch crowd came through. All of the food and drinks came out quickly and everything looked and smelled delicious.
I ordered the Madagascar vanilla latte that was flavorful and smooth. For the entree, I had the roast beef sandwich; the espresso truffle aioli caught my eye. The portion was huge and tasty! I wasn’t sure what to expect from the pistachio pomegranate slaw, but that was delectable, adding an additional texture to the sandwich. The roast beef was flavorful on its own, but paired with the slaw and the black garlic, it was the perfect combination. The entree came with chips that tasted homemade and were salted well. Highly recommend this dish or any coffee/tea as they all looked like solid choices.

I came here for a hot drink while visiting Annapolis on a day trip with my partner. We arrived around 10:30am and the place was packed. There was a decent amount of seating but all of it was full. There was a single terminal you could order on as well as a cashier. I got the Annapolis fog. Unfortunately it wasn’t obvious how to change the milk to a non-diary option which I was disappointed in. I considered a pastry as they looked very delicious, but the $5-7 price tag for a single croissant was a bit too much for me. The drink I got was delicious but not hot at all, sadly. If I am getting a coffee/tea somewhere I want it to warm my soul, not be a sad lukewarm drink.
