So I would like to start off with how rude and unprofessional Mary the shift manager was, not only does she treat the customers poorly but she treats her employees on her shift even worse. Bad for business 0/10 would not recommend and truly made my experience the worst I’ve had in a long time. There was a saving grace though with an employee named Jasmine. Jasmine is very caring and compassionate and went above and beyond with her service and to make up for Marys mistakes. Jasmine made sure everything was taken care of for me and made me feel very welcomed. She is very professional and honestly I think she should be promoted to Marys position. Jasmine is the only reason I will be visiting this establishment again 100/10 would recommend Jasmine I give her a 5 star rating keep up the great work Jasmine.

Descent coffee, but James Dean microwave breakfast sandwiches for HOW MUCH?!!? let’s be reasonable, Winn Dixie sells boxes of the same frozen sandwiches what your charging for 1 (and they are over charging). Is everything frozen? Probably. The only place in the hotel to get coffee, and that’s the only thing I would recommend.

Coffee was good but the staff weren’t the friendliest to us. Only one lady that was working on the hot food side spoke and welcomed us in. All other staff made us feel as though we were bothering them or not their “preferred” customer.

I didn’t personally get a chance to go here and didn’t pay enough attention passing it on the way to the elevators to look over prices but the food items looked tasty and it looked fairly clean. It was just a matter of not having the time to order from it. If we’re back in the area I think we’ll hit it up next time.
