Pretty good coffee! They have decaf and alternative milk options. They have a decent array of syrups. My only critic is my latte was really hot, like felt like 160°. Great for people who love really hot drinks, but I prefer 120° at the most. Still, the decaf espresso seems really good and I had butter pecan added in. Their large drinks are a good size, they seem like 30oz or more. $9 in total for alternative milk and syrup added large latte. There was no line at the time I went (7pm)

So I would like to start off with how rude and unprofessional Mary the shift manager was, not only does she treat the customers poorly but she treats her employees on her shift even worse. Bad for business 0/10 would not recommend and truly made my experience the worst I’ve had in a long time. There was a saving grace though with an employee named Jasmine. Jasmine is very caring and compassionate and went above and beyond with her service and to make up for Marys mistakes. Jasmine made sure everything was taken care of for me and made me feel very welcomed. She is very professional and honestly I think she should be promoted to Marys position. Jasmine is the only reason I will be visiting this establishment again 100/10 would recommend Jasmine I give her a 5 star rating keep up the great work Jasmine.

Pitifully slow service. I mean insanely slow here. Two workers here working as humanly slow as possible. I’ve been in line almost 20 for a grab and fo premade sandwich. This was the same speed as it was yesterday. They need to retrain their staff here or hire additional staff. Slow. I shouldn’t be standing this long. Ashame because the food is okay. Definitely 1 star though for service. Like watching paint dry so painfully slow

I didn’t personally get a chance to go here and didn’t pay enough attention passing it on the way to the elevators to look over prices but the food items looked tasty and it looked fairly clean. It was just a matter of not having the time to order from it. If we’re back in the area I think we’ll hit it up next time.
