We were there just over a month ago. The cashier had just come from prepping pizzas and still had his food gloves on while he typed things into the register. When he was done helping us, he went right back to pizza prep. He did this while we sat eating too. The floors were very dirty and tables near us had a layer of dust on them. Our table was sticky and gross. My son was so excited to eat there for his birthday, so we stayed, but I was really concerned that the food was also going to be dirty. I will say that the pizzas were kept well stocked and employees offered to make special requests. I was just so grossed out by the uncleanliness that I don’t want to go back.

Infinitos is one of the few cheap buffets you can go to in this day and age. We spent about $15 per adult, and definitely ate our moneys worth. The workers were friendly and happy to take our pizza requests.
However, the bathrooms weren’t in great shape. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.

0 stars on everything. Food looked like it had been sitting for a long time at the buffet, not fresh at all. I didn’t even eat here, just picked up a Doordash order. The service is awfully slow. The workers seem like they don’t know where they’re at or what they’re doing. One worker was on his phone the entire time. The other just walking around, staring like he’s lost. Took an extra 15 minutes for a Doordash order that wasn’t supposed to take that long, extra time that is. They don’t know their own inventory (I asked for a bag for bread sticks, because they were just going to give me them opened and exposed, which is against policy for Doordash, and they didn’t know what I was talking about). I advise you NOT to go here at all costs!!! Go to another pizzeria, one that has better management and better employees, not some ran down place. And I’ve heard way too often that this place has cockroaches in the food and drinks. Again, do NOT go here!!!

Anytime I’m in the Harrisburg area I try to make it a point to stop here. A great pizza buffet, they’re willing to make your choice of pizzas and there’s always plenty of options to choose from. I love the dessert pizzas as well. The place is clean, plenty of seating to choose from and staff is friendly. I always recommend this place to friends and family.

Was here on Sunday November 2nd, with a high school marching band post competition and the staff made sure all food was prepared and out and had substitutions of different flavors. Food was very good. And the setup was so organized and well prepared for a large group such as the one I was with. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back especially as a non-local.

Great experience! Food was fresh, new pizzas were coming out every few minutes. You could request your own from the menu as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean, with lots of places to sit.

Infinitos is a solid 5-star establishment, and the reason is the exceptional people who truly care about the customer experience. I came in on October 20th by myself. I lived in Lancaster and I hadn’t really been to Harrisburg that much. I didn’t even know that this pizza shop existed until recently.
I have to specifically call out Darnell—he is truly fantastic and makes every visit great. He is genuinely nice, incredibly helpful, and a great listener. On the rare occasion there has been a mistake with my order, Darnell is always patient, understanding, and willing to go above and beyond to make it right immediately. I really appreciate his commitment to service; he is a huge asset to this team.
My experience with other staff, however, has been mixed.
While Darnell is a five-star employee, I did have a less-than-ideal interaction with one of the other managers (brown hair and glasses). I found her to be a bit standoffish when I happened to speak with her. She seemed annoyed that she had to talk to a customer and had a strong awkward approach when it came to the conversation she made it seem like I had to rush my answers as to what kind of pizza requests I wanted and that greatly upset me. Very rude and completely non professional! This made me feel very uncomfortable and did not leave me with the impression that she was working hard to satisfy my needs as a patron.
Overall Verdict:
The quality of the food and the exceptional, patient service provided by employees like Darnell elevate Infinitos to a 5-star rating. I strongly recommend Infinitos for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere. They clearly prioritize customer satisfaction!

Great price, great choices and great people! Especially the bus boy Eddie! He was clearing tables the whole time we were there, non-stop. He keeps this place moving because you need clear and clelan tables to seat more people! And not to mention great pizza flavors to choose from! The ingredients taste fresh and the dough is light! Oh and did I Mention they have Dessert Pizza too!

We stopped in for a quick lunch while passing through town. We were pleasantly impressed with not only the cleanliness of the restaurant, but the friendliness of the staff, as well as the quality of the food. The pizza dough is very good and not greasy at all. We spent a very pleasant hour and a half here and would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality pizza and great service. Amira and Darnell were great!!!

Stopped by this place for a bite of pizza not realizing that it’s a all you can eat buffet style restaurant…was a welcome surprise to see their nice selection of pizzas to choose from and unlimited fountain drinks selection was very good, the pizzas were all fresh and tasty slices weren’t to large which is a positive in my book so I can not fill myself on couple of slices and be able to try some of their exotic flavors like Oreo cookie! They also have a pretty decent selection of pastas and sauces and a nice salad buffet to boot! All this at an amazingly low price that simply cannot be beat! There’s something for everyone! And they offer to make any additional choices on a large list to choose from made to order! Would 100% Recommend this restaurant to anyone!
