I forgot to take pictures of my empanadas. I was so engrossed in the after the first one. I had the chicken, meat, and a spinach and chicken empanada.
It takes about 20 to fix them. The heat stays with these things too!
The owners are super nice. The shop is small, and that is not a detractor! There is nice seating outside.
I will be picking up some to take home.

Stopped in by chance and we are so glad we did. Ines, who the bakery is named after, is delightful! We tried the mini croissants stuffed with cream cheese and guava – just wow! The sweet was just right, not overpowering. We’ll be back for the empanadas & other pastries. So many delicious choices!

When I recently moved to Gibsonville from Greensboro, I was told by several friends that this place has the best empanadas around (I have friends who drive all the way from summerfield for them!). After trying them myself I agree — the Empanadas are delicious, cheap, and made to order. I especially enjoyed the Caprese, the Ham and Cheese, and the Guava Cheese.
The people that run the place are welcoming and very friendly. I haven’t yet but can’t wait to try their baked goods, which all look phenomenal — they have cookies, pastries, cakes, parfaits, and loaves of bread available.

Very friendly service. Family owned small business. Ariel was a pleasure to chat with while our made-to-order empanadas (beef & cheese, chicken & cheese, and apple) were being cooked! Cheesecake, empanadas, and a variety of Argentinian cookies were amazing and authentic! Will return!!

There are no words to describe the tasty-ness of the sweets at this bakery serving the cake slice yummies in a cup the heaven that awaits your taste buds within said cups… OMG the flavor profile, the softness and other textures that dance on your tongue. I’m just completely speeches when it comes to this dessert. Try it, trust me.

Great service. The pastries/cookie selections is fantastic, unique and so flavorful. Perfect sweetness, so well balanced that can enjoy each bite and taste all the flavors in each cookie. Best choice: “alfajores” filled with milked caramel. They also have cheese cake, tres leches. Get the box of a dozen pastries for $18.99 ( that was a great deal $).

I was visiting the area and learned about this place. My ex and his family are from Argentina and the one thing I miss is the food and the unique flavors. I got 4 different flavors of empanadas and some alfahores, and they did not disappoint!! Totally authentic, with green olives and red peppers, loaded with yummy taste, and the pastry was perfect. And the alfahores, omg… if you haven’t had one, you need to try these unusual confections. I’ll definitely be back! Grácias!!
