We went here tonight understanding that it had just opened yesterday, and expecting things to possibly be on the slower end. Our food didn’t come out until about 1.5-2 hours after we got there. While it was really frustrating, I know it wasn’t our server’s fault. I wish I knew her name, but I believe she had auburn hair pulled up in braids. She was really kind and patient with our children, who were doing their best waiting so long for food. The manager did come over and take care of things on our check, which was truly appreciated after the long wait. Based off of the wait for our food, I would give 1 star. However, I don’t think that would be a fair review as they just opened and I believe it was bad timing on the kitchen’s end. When we did get our food everything tasted really good. If you do go here upon them newly opening, give them grace and understand it’s not really the server’s fault for long wait times for food. You can tell they’re all doing their best while the kitchen catches up.

My wife and I went fully knowing it’s opening weekend. But, I didn’t expect to wait 2 hours to not even receive any food at all when we ordered 2 sandwiches. Servers tried to do their best, but there needs to be more notice of what is going on.
