We recently ordered from Indori Spice for my son’s birthday, and the experience was outstanding. We had Matar Kachori, Paneer Tawa Pulao, and Anguri Rasmalai, and every single item was a hit.
The flavors were authentic and reminded us of true Indori-style food—fresh, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. The Paneer Tawa Pulao was especially flavorful, the Matar Kachori was perfectly crisp, and the Anguri Rasmalai was an absolute crowd favorite.

Amazing food, everything we ordered was so outstanding.Matar kachori, bread pakodas, kadhi pakodas, dal makhani, mawa gulab jamun stuffed with dryfruits, angori rasmalai, special mention for the green chutney it was so tasty. It showed how much efforts taken to make the food with all dedication & love and not like the restaurant commercial way, it was so much home touch. We are definately going to try other items on the menu. Almost every one in our party took the contact of Indori Spice. Keep up the quality, god bless you.

This is a cloud kitchen. And the food items are amazingly tasty… I tried kachoris, poha, sabudana khichdi… all were just delicious. Lately she made shaver and I loved it. I generally do not like ghevar that we get in regular sweet shops. But this one was she made at home and were melting in the mouth. I am definitely ordering more from her.

We had food for a party of around 60–70 people, and everything was simply perfect! The Pav Bhaji was rich, buttery, and bursting with flavor — everyone loved it. The Noodles and Manchurian were full of taste, cooked just right, and had that perfect Indo-Chinese touch.
And the highlight — the Angoori Rasmalai — soft, creamy, and truly the best of the best!

We’ve catered food from Ruchi (Indori Spice) multiple times over the past two years and have never been disappointed. She does a fantastic job right from the first interaction—working closely with you to design the perfect menu, suggesting what will pair well, and then delivering food that’s simply outstanding. Our last gathering was for close to 150 people and she did a fabulous job catering the food.
While many caterers can handle decent Punjabi dishes, very few can master both authentic Rajasthani traditional cuisine and Punjabi cuisine the way Ruchi does. Her Dal Baati, Gatte ki Sabji, Bajra ki Khichdi, Tadka Dal, Kadhi, and Kachoris are to die for! She also makes a variety of desserts that taste just like home. Her menu is extensive, and she’s always open to customizing dishes—even preparing items not originally listed on her menu, which shows her flexibility and passion for cooking.
What truly sets her apart, though, is her honesty and professionalism. On several occasions when I thought I’d need to order more food, she advised me not to—and she’s always been spot on! Her quality, portion sizes, and flavor are consistently excellent. Everything is neatly packed and easy to transport, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure your event runs smoothly.
