Surprisingly pretty good pho with authentic flavor. Must ask for the home made hot sauce as it’s pretty flavorful and spicy! Be sure to use the doors on the left and walk up the stairs, as the entrance to the restaurant can get a little tricky to get into. Place itself doesn’t look too promising, but the broth is definitely authentic flavor as I’ve been to numerous pho restaurants across the USA. For $1 difference between the regular big or big bowl- I’d definitely recommend getting the bigger bowl for best bang for your buck. The menu is extensive too.

I have tried Indochine twice and each time was just as delicious. So far, I’ve had their rice platter and and rice vermicelli bowl. The vermicelli was very filling and grilled chicken was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be back to try their other offerings.

We ordered online, it came faster than the estimated time and was piping hot. Steak was raw (as expected) and cooked to perfection when dipped into the pho broth. Extremely tender. The brisket and chicken pho were also excellent. Well seasoned, I recommend adding both the hoison and chili sauce that they send as garnishes. The chicken banh mi was also very well cooked and delicious. Owner verified meat in pho and chicken banh mi are halal, which was a huge plus!

I have gotten take-out from here twice now and both times it was phenomenal. The second time tasted exactly the same as the first time so you know quality and execution are supreme.
I get the vegan pho with fried tofu with the added chili oil. I have yet to try anything else but to say the least I am now addicted to the pho here. Thank you for making such a quality product. I wish you much success. ♥️

I moved to Baltimore from SoCal and I haven’t had pho this good in YEARS. I prefer vegetable broth and while many places offer it, it feels like an afterthought sometimes just so they have a veggie option on their menu. That was not the case here. The broth was so flavorful that I could tell from my very first bite of noodle I was in for a ride. Thank you, Indochine!! Also service was incredibly quick and just the right amount of attentive.

I really enjoyed the beef brisket and steak pho. The broth itself was so flavorful. I decided to go in person after only having ordered online for the past year and I truly enjoyed the experience. The amount of pho they give means you can take some home. I also love their shrimp and pork garden rolls, the peanut sauce is also the best I’ve had in Baltimore. I tried other places’ pho and garden rolls in the city but none are as good as Indochine Vietnamese Restaurant. The friend I went with thought it was so good, he ordered the same thing the next day to be delivered.

It was my first time having Vietnamese pho after watching some YouTubers on Pho. So I started Googling and YES! There was a place right here in Baltimore. Safe street and good area. I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman immediately.
Ok…good start! Water and menu came to the table quickly. I looked and ordered. Praying the food would match the service. Listen…open your ears and your stomach and listen to Shea baby. That Chicken Broth Pho came out and they had some vegetables with it and Jalapenos (love that) on a side plate. They had some brown sauce and red sauce table side. I put a little bit of broth on the paddle and tried it. Oh….My…Goodness!
It makes you want to kick your shoes off and wiggle your toes! I’m not even lying! . I grabbed the chopsticks (I had to remember how to hold them from when I was in the US Navy in Japan). It’s been a minute . I got to work. Then the Bahn mi came out looking like a beautiful date going out to a fancy Theater. Sweet baby! I took one bite and it was tongue gymnastics! Ha ha ha You all think I’m playing! Seriously…this is very, very good food.
Aunties and 2 grandmas were in the back getting them pots rocking.

Over the food was decent. The flan was a bit different. I’ve never had it served that way before. The consistency of it was more chewy than rich.
The fried dumplings were not fresh. The filling came right out of the fried shell.
The rice platter was good, but the chicken was over cooked. But I will say that it was well seasoned. It wasn’t the best meal. So it still passed the taste test.
I did like that they gave a cash discount.
