Indnon in Belltown is an absolute gem of a café and one of the best spots in Seattle for a quick, satisfying, and high-quality bite. It perfectly nails the modern café vibe—clean, welcoming, and relaxed—making it ideal for breakfast, brunch, or a casual lunch.

The food is outstanding. The paninis are crisp, flavorful, and generously filled, the wraps are fresh and well-balanced, and the egg toast is done beautifully—simple, comforting, and executed to perfection. Everything tastes freshly made, not rushed.

What really stands out is the consistency and care. Portions are just right, ingredients feel premium, and each item is thoughtfully put together. It’s the kind of place where even basic comfort food feels elevated.

Service is friendly, efficient, and genuinely pleasant, adding to the overall experience.

Indnon is a must-visit restaurant in Belltown. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great Indian food done right in Seattle.

Every penny you spend here is absolutely worth it!

A true gem has opened up in downtown Seattle for anyone craving Indian street food with a modern twist! This Indian-Lebanese café has quickly become my go to spot over the past two and a half weeks and for good reason.

So far, we’ve tried the Vada Pav, Pav Bhaji Tater Tots, Mumbai Panini, Chicken 65 Sandwich with fries, Paneer Tikka Wrap, Cauliflower Chili Garlic, and the Samosa Croissant. Every single dish has been consistently delicious and thoughtfully prepared. If you’re missing authentic Indian street food flavors, this place absolutely hits the spot.

The café is run by Chef Abhijit Sarkar himself, and that personal touch truly shows. He’s incredibly humble, down to earth, and brings years of culinary experience to every dish. It’s inspiring to see how well he’s doing with this new venture, Seattle is lucky to have this place!

Samosa Croissant:
A brilliant fusion and a perfect quick bite. Flaky, slightly sweet croissant on the outside with flavorful, spiced samosa filling inside. truly the best of both worlds.

Pav Bhaji Tater Tots:
The name itself made me curious, and it completely delivered. A fun, hands-free twist on classic pav bhaji flavors with Khakhra. Crispy, flavorful, and absolutely addictive.

Vada Pav:
The vada was perfectly cooked and not oily at all. Paired with soft brioche bread, the flavors were beautifully balanced. The fries on the side deserve a special mention. some of the best, least oily fries I’ve had, with a subtle peri peri kick.

Chicken 65 Sandwich:
An explosion of flavor! The chicken was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. Hands down one of the best items on the menu spot on.

Paneer Tikka Wrap:
Generous in size and packed with flavor. The sauce is outstanding, and it’s filling enough to be a complete meal. A must-try for paneer lovers.

Cauliflower Chili Garlic:
A delicious, crispy snack with bold flavors, finished with sesame seeds on top. Perfect for sharing or not!

Overall, this café nails flavor, not at all oily, creativity, and consistency. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in downtown Seattle and looking for comfort food with a street-food soul and a modern twist.

If you’re looking for healthy Indo–Mediterranean bowls, this is the place to be. Fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced meals that don’t feel heavy at all. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend trying their kale chaat and their customizable bowls — both are absolutely delicious and satisfying. Perfect spot for a wholesome, feel-good meal.

Delicious food! Loved everything I have eaten here and I have been here multiple times already . The Kolkata fish cutlet is just like back home. Also recommend the paninis and sandwiches. Hope they do good business!

The location, perched on top of Sculpture Park has immense potential and Indnon is the best thing that has happened to that location (where there used to be a Subway chain).

We had the Mumbai Panini, Chicken Tikka croissant and their ginger chai. Each and everything we had from their Indian inspired selection was amazing and flavorful with very high quality ingredients. This is fusion done right.

Highly recommend taking out your brunch on a sunny day to the Olympic Sculpture Park for a stroll. You will not be disappointed!

I have been coming here regularly to try different dishes and definitely will be visiting more often.

This place is surprisingly good! It looks like a standard cafe, but the Indian inspired food is yummy. It’s also unique in the sense the food is not too spicy or oily. The menu is all snacks and breakfast foods. Try the Mumbai panini and Dal! Both had me wanting to go back.

New favorite cafe! The chai, lattes, cappuccinos, and mocha are all so good. Perfect amount of foam and flavor! The almond pistachio croissant was buttery and delicious with the perfect amount of sweetness. The falafel wrap is also stellar! INDNON never misses – you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu 🙂

Newly opened cafe with fusion of Indian and Mediterranean menu. Good selection of choices for sandwich or a Bowl or simply go for snacks. Taste is authentic and fresh. Tried samosa croissant, which is pretty good. Don’t forget to try nice chai while strolling around olympic sculpture park.
