Absolutely delicious food, amazing beers and the best service ever in the desert. I was there for my bday wk and discovered them 10 days ago, sadly at the end of our trip but we loved it so much and had so much fun we went back 2 nights in a row! I highly recommend Ruben, John and Nate, best beertenders ever, so fun patient and educational! Cannot wait to go back!! Only bad thing is you cannot buy the tshirts that the staff are wearing sadly, so fun!!!

Went here for the first time today. I wouldn’t really call this a tap room. I would call it an incredibly well stocked bar with some beers on tap and a lot of beers in bottles and cans. I’ve been to probably 50+ breweries and more than 20+ taprooms in my life and this is not what I expected. Anyway, I ordered the taco pinsa. It was almost excellent. Just needed the bottom of the bread to be cooked a little more crunchy. But the flavors and idea of it was so good! We sat outside and played cards and it’s a nice environment in which to hang out. There was a guy down the street playing music so that was cool. I gave the service a 4 because all the women were so nice but, of course, I got the crabby guy. Anyway, if this review sounds good, it’s worth giving it a try!

The Taphouse was a welcome surprise on a warm Sunday afternoon wandering around this curious area in revitalized old Indio, not far from Happy Alley, another worthwhile visit not far down the street. The Taphouse had a nice B&G vibe going on with a mix of locals and tourists. The bar grub was surprisingly tasty. I just went for their cheeseburger, fries and a coke. The chef got the medium-rare burger cooked to perfection. I would happily go back and order it again. We stopped by a vintage vinyl store down the street and an interesting vintage vintage store as well. A little further east (southeast) of the Taproom were some tall metal sculptures in park/grassy areas. Things are going on here people and it might be worth your stop off the I-10 to check it out.

I had the taco salad and it was amazing. When she dropped it off I knew it was going to be the best because the carne Asada smelled and looked perfect.
I mentioned to Laura that I was recovering from a sore throat and she gave me a glass of hot water and honey.

Had lunch with a big group, including kids, and I really wanted to like this place, but can’t bring myself to rate it any higher.
First off, I don’t think it’s a tap house when you only have about 6 craft beers on tap. Everything is in bottles and the menu from the QR code, isn’t up to date. Our server struggled to remember what beers were available and even what kind of beer each was.
Also, this place is supposed to be kid friendly, but you really only can sit outside in the lawn area. It’s nice that they have the yard area, but I wouldn’t bring my kids if I wasn’t going to sit outside.
Service was slow because they were under staffed. And the kitchen made a few mistakes on our order and took a long time to correct it.
But I will say, everyone was super nice. I can’t knock them at all on the people working. They were doing their best and were nice. I’m seems more like just overloaded and undertrained.
Overall it wasn’t bad, but didn’t make it a place I’m super interested in going back to.

I had never been to the tap house but I did a photography gig there for a local boxer who is sponsored by them and after the shoot the owner let us try some of the food and it was out of this world… since then I’ve been back a few times lol … hooked on the burger and the nachos and the auga chillis … crazy bomb! After u eat a bomb meal and have some drinks check out the crazy ass bathroom for a killer photoshoot lol

keep us coming back if visiting & just looking for a great vibe or local and don’t get out much, stop by!!

Service was all bad. Bartender was arrogant didnt even say his name. Gave us sugary drinks. Never came by to ask if we needed anything. Nachos where gross with sandwhich cheese. With little meat. Over priced. You get searched like if it was a night club or visiting an prison inmate ! Never again.

If you have a pet don’t bring to this place..owner hates dogs. We were enjoying a quiet lunch when the bar owner erupted in anger because our service dog was lying calmly beside us sleeping. Instead of being polite, civil and a proper bar owner, the owner decided to yell at us from across the room in front of everyone and make a scene…the place was virtually empty and this owner clearly has some anger issues. Ive been in the restaurant and hospitality space for over a decade and I cant believe an owner would act this immature in front of his customers, let alone paying customers doing nothing wrong.
