I got a couple vegan options: Corn Bhel and Bangin’ Samosas; they were well balanced with textures, spices, sweet and savory. The drink took a bit to balance the sweetness, but still tasty. The place itself has a fun vibe and there’s a stylish old brewery to sit inside when it’s too cool.

This is literally a train boxcar and outdoor seating. Love the idea but the owners or management company that operates the sound system has it way to loud at lunch time for a business lunch. This isn’t Indigos fault by any means. There are other restaurant “boxcars” that operates in this location as well. I love the concept of a “food truck park” with food court dining…just turn the damn music down!

I ordered online for pick up and it was so fast! The portion was huge, honestly enough for two meals, but it was soooo good that I ate it all at once! I loved all the different flavors and the falafel hit the spot perfectly. I would totally eat here again and again.

Just had this for the first time, and YUM! My family and I tried the chicken tikka and makai chicken bowls, the samosas, the corn bhel, and the chicken tikka fat roll. Everything is sooooo good! The service was friendly, the atmosphere is great, and there’s plenty of outdoor seating.

Calling this place and Indian restaurant is misleading at best. The prices are outrageous for what you get. $40 for 1 drink, 1 water and 2 sandwiches. I ordered paneer but got chicken. Lucky I’m not vegetarian and didn’t want to wait, so I ate the chicken. There was hardly enough chicken to offend a vegetarian on this sandwich. Literally about half a chicken finger worth of cut up chicken that the stray cat hanging around wouldn’t eat. This place is pretenious and low quality. The drink bags they give you are hard to drink from. You’d have to be crazy to eat here more than once.

Amazing food. The silos give the place a different feel, and the entire atmosphere there is very pleasing. It looks like a food truck, but it has all the vibes of a fancy restaurant. The food is amazing. They have all kinds of Indian Chaat options, and the bowl options are must haves. Definitely recommend trying different bowl options.

I’ve been waiting over a decade for great Indian food to finally come to Easley, and I am thrilled to report it has now arrived! Indigo is completely fantastic! We have gone multiple times and tried six different dishes, and every single one was a home run! The food is so packed with flavor, and we love that they have so many fantastic vegetarian options! Definitely worth trying, as it will be your new favorite!

Amazing food , service was phenomenal. Great location and atmosphere. The food was absolutely tasty and delicious. You are greeted at the window where you order your food and then they text you when it’s ready. The Rupee beer is unforgettably smooth and refreshing. You sit at the picnic tables and enjoy your meal. The food is really amazing. Thank you so much for sharing your passion and delicious cuisine. Will definitely let the world know just how amazing you guys are. ❤️❤️❤️

Had the most pleasant experience at Indigo Kitchen on Sunday. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the most helpful staff member who explained the menu in great detail! I couldn’t have been happier with all all of the flavors my mouth experienced for the very first time! The food was so colorful and I was immediately thrown into a whole different culture. I cannot wait to try everything on the menu!

May have ordered too much food, but everything on the menu sounded so good and the smells coming from the kitchen called to my hungry tummy. Husband and I shared the indigo Chaat bombs, masala pork sliders, Peri Peri fries, and chicken tikka yummy bowl.
Oh my goodness! Each item was wonderful, well spiced, and well balanced with right amount of sweet, tart, and spice. Mmmmm.
The Chaat bombs are light crispy puffs – street food turned appetizer. Mouth watering writing about them.
Masala pork sliders were a treat.the sauce and coleslaw on them make the sliders just right.
Peri Peri fries…who would have thought to turn sweet potato waffle fries into something better. Um, they did! They are a must have. A little spicy – but only if you are spice wimpy.
So after all that yummy goodness, I haven’t had the yummy bowl yet. Gonna have to save it for dinner.
Love this place! Haven’t had good Indian food yet in the local area. This was just what I needed. Thank you so much and keep up the amazing work! We will be back with kids and friends!
