Stopped by Indian Twist Airpot and was honestly impressed, especially for a spot right near the airport.
I had the butter chicken, which was rich, well-balanced, and not overly sweet like a lot of places tend to make it. Paired it with their house margarita—unexpected combo, but it worked. My husband ordered the lamb korma, and the sauce was creamy with good depth, and the lamb was tender (not chewy, which is where a lot of places fail).
We shared garlic naan and samosas—both solid. The naan was fresh and had the right amount of garlic, and the samosas were crisp without being greasy.
Overall, the food tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and consistent with what you’d expect from a North Indian menu with dishes like butter chicken and korma done right. Definitely a strong option if you’re near the airport and want something better than typical travel food. Would come back.

Johny is amazingly friendly and accommodating. I get a “special” dish instead of butter chicken I get butter lamb, most tender lamb ever falls apart and is not gamey or chewy. They have beer from India plus They support local breweries and have delicious dessert! I have been to all the Indian Twist locations and always bring my out of town guest to them and they ask to return when in town again. They actually cook in a Tandoori oven imported from Indian so everything taste authentic, not that I ever have been to India but I assume this is what amazing food from there taste like. Always treated like royalty and I will be returning this Saturday with an out of town guest who is coming to spend his birthday here. Thank you Jimmy,Johny and your amazing staff!!!

Loved everything about Indian Twist! The Chicken Tikka Masala and Fish Masala were both excellent. The garlic naan is a must-order—fresh and garlicky. Tried a Rupee beer and my very first Gulab Jamun, and I’m officially a fan. I’ll definitely be back!

Incredible! The service was amazing and extremely memorable. They were so accommodating to our large party and very personable. The food was absolutely delicious! I appreciate the attentiveness they provided to my family. They gave us rice pudding to-go and I couldn’t be more grateful for the food and experience provided. We were welcomed and treated like family. Thank you for the hospitality and wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend trying everything on the menu!

We originally found this restaurant on the last leg of our driving trip with our son in May. After 2 weeks of southern food, we wanted something different for dinner, and we love Indian food. Wow, were we impressed! We ordered Baingan Bharta, a delicious smoked eggplant with tomatoes, onions, and spices, Lamb Korma in a rich flavorful sauce, and Roti. Both entrees came with rice, which was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and delicious. My husband and son also ordered Mango Lassi. Unfortunately, we were all too full for dessert. This was definitely a meal to remember!
My husband and I just came back from a shorter driving trip to Texas, and I purposely had us stay our last night near the Tucson airport again, just so we could eat dinner at Indian Twist. We ended up ordering the same entrees along with the Roti. The food was just as delicious as we remembered! This time, we saved room for dessert and shared an order of the Mango Pudding which was smooth and creamy with bits of mango and very refreshing. We knew it would be a lot of food for just the two of us so my husband figured out a way we could bring the leftover eggplant and rice home with us to San Diego, and we enjoyed them for dinner the next night.
For those of you who live close by, you are lucky to have such a gem of a restaurant. Delicious food and attentive service!!!

Ordered Chicken Tikka Masala. Sauce tasted good, but the chicken felt tough and tasted like it was cooked separate and dropped in after the fact which kind of ruined the dish for me; which is ashame because I love Indian cuisine. Vegetable samosa was great. Naan was decent.

Came here with my husband and sister, we had a great time! The food was very flavorful and delicious, the staff was super nice and helpful! We got to try the butter chicken, lamb vindaloo, lamb Rogan josh, garlic Naan, and mango lassi! The only disappointment was that I was too full to try the gulan jamun for dessert! Will have to comeback to try it next time we are in town!
