The food is absolutely amazing. The staff are very friendly. My favorite is the Buttered Chicken. Their garlic naan is absolutely delicious. Their chicken tikka masala is pretty good. The only thing to note is that their hours in person sometimes don’t align with their schedule online.

Indian Tadka makes some of the best food I’ve ever had and it’s served by incredibly kind people. They bring authentic, fresh Indian cuisine to Redmond, something that has been long overdue. I have also never finished any of their meals in one sitting, so expect LOTS of leftovers!

This place has a huge menu and is absolutely delicious. They don’t give you the “central Oregon” level of spice when you ask for spicy which I love. Their portions are huge and the food is flavorful. There’s plenty of parking on site and lots of seating. I’ve tried a variety of dishes and it’s always delicious.

I Enjoy the food! But the tax and service fees drive up the cost so much (see pic for example), I tend to skip the place half the time due to this. Loss of business for weird fees. I ordered in person and they jacked the price up with fees as well (why and weird!) Hoping they change this, or at least offer a cash discount. Happy to not use spendy card machines… if that’s the issue.

Food truck in the Redmond Food Truck plaza. I recently moved here from the east coast and have been missing really good Indian food. This is my 2nd visit in a month. Highly recommend the chicken saag, vegetable biryani and garlic naan. I got the chicken biryani this time and it’s good but I think the vegetable was a tiny bit better. I’ll still be back to try other stuff on the menu though.

This food truck prepared the best Indian food I’ve had in a while. The lamb vindaloo was savory, spicy and the lamb was tender and plentiful. They even had my favorite dessert, gulab jamun! The samosas were delicately crispy on the outside and full of delicious veggies on the inside. The two brothers are committed to serving the best food possible and are absolutely delightful. We will definitely be going back again and again. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Solid food! Ive had two dishes here, the Tandoori Chicken and the Chicken kebabs. Both were spectacular.
Atmosphere is the only thing hurting this place. It’s a stand alone food pod, with outdoor seating. It’s rather hodge podgy…but acceptable. Don’t let it deter you though. The food here is great.
