The food is standout, particularly the unique fusion and traditional dishes. The Paneer Tacos and Pistachio Kofta are absolute must-tries, and the Veg Kolhapuri has the perfect kick. Highly recommend!
The food was full of flavor. The Paneer Basil Taco was unique and bursting with flavor, (Tacos are usually made with corn or maida), while the Tricolor Paneer was fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed the Pistachio Kofta paired with Spiced Bullet Naan a rich and satisfying combo. The Vegetarian Fried Rice was tasty and well seasoned.
Drinks like the Chaas and Mango Lassi were refreshing and flavorful. For dessert, the Gulab Jamun was served warm and fresh absolutely delightful! The Desilicious Chai was a perfect way to end the meal.
The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. They also have a party banquet hall, making it a great option for events or celebrations.
Overall, nice experience—highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy quality Indian cuisine in a lovely setting!
Mr. Rajan is awesome!
If I have had an option I would give no stars to this restaurant.
We had a very disappointing experience with Indian Summer while trying to arrange an important event. After already facing issues with another venue, we were relying on Indian Summer, but the attitude and behavior we encountered were unacceptable.
When I tried to explain my situation to the manager, instead of showing understanding, he abruptly hung up on me and even said, “I don’t want to understand your situation.” This kind of arrogance and rudeness is extremely unprofessional, especially in the hospitality industry.
As someone who has lived in the U.S. for many years and also works in customer service, I know how important respect and professionalism are, no matter what the circumstances are. Unfortunately, what we faced here was the opposite—disrespectful, dismissive, and uncultured behavior.
We ultimately decided not to proceed with our event at this restaurant. It is very disappointing to see this kind of attitude in a business that is supposed to serve people.
We senior citizen’s “Nukkad group” from Sugarland, had our Deepawali family get together at this place.
We really enjoyed the ambience , excellent food, good service and courteous
nature of Mr Rajan and his staff.
Everything was perfect.
Thanks “Indian Summer” for great experience!
I saw some reviews complaining about rude staff or managers but everyone treated me as I would expect to be treated as a customer. Very welcoming and checked on me multiple times during me meal.
I intended to order the egg biryani but didn’t see it on the updated menu so I ordered the chicken biryani. It’s boneless, which is exactly what I wanted but the menu didn’t specify so I’m throwing that out there because some people want to know that.
I got my food in a timely manner. Maybe 10-12 minutes.
My meal was delicious. I saw some reviews saying the biryani was not good but I have to disagree.
It was really quiet which was totally fine by me.
I’ve got nothing bad to say about this place.
