Indian Spice- wow what a treat!! The restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The new chef has some real talent!! The food was exceptional!! I ordered chili paneer for an appetizer, which I cleaned the plate clear it was SO GOOD! The garlic naan was perfectly baked and full of flavor. The entree was chicken vindaloo and was bursting with amazing flavors and Chicken was tender . Even the fancy sparkling lemonade I got was soothing and crisp. For desert I had the rice pudding and it was also delightful. Very nice presentation as well:) it’s definitely 5 stars all around. Can’t wait to go back and try their buffet!

First time and was not sure I would like but it was absolutely amazing! I had quite a few dietary restrictions and they were so accommodating! I had the aloo ghobhi – so good!!! Garlic naan is a must! And a conversation with Dave is the best! Definitely coming back!

Update!!!! We came back for dinner after the restaurant temporarily closed then reopened. VERY SATISFIED. the portion sizes are bigger (enough for leftovers!)and the quality is great. Definitely recommend!!

I was in Cadillac for a weekend and this was the highlight, at least food-wise. The food was delicious. We caught them on a night where they were short-staffed but our waiter got us in and out in a timely fashion despite that.
Vegan and gluten-free options are plentiful and clearly marked. I had the lentil soup, kachumbar salad, and samosas, all excellent.

LOVED the food. Nothing was spicy though. I wish they had at least 1 dish on the buffet that was spicy. Taste almost exactly how I expected having real Indian food before, just less spicy.
Edit to add new visit experience:
Visited today and was disappointed at first bc i didn’t know that the buffet food changes depending on the day. I had only went bc last time on the buffet, they had my favorite Palek Paneer. I have been craving it and was so excited to go. Was disappointed when the waitress told me if I wanted it, I’d had to order separately which did NOT make me happy as I was already spending almost $15 for the buffet.
Someone else over heard me and went and talked to the cooks and they were brought me a bowl of just that. AMAZING. I had brought my mom here today for the 1st time. She is not a spice person, but she loved the buffet as the spice is toned down for it. She LOVED the Palek Paneer they brought us and even wants to come back!!!
Our waitress was great. The other waitress was annoyed when my mom gave our actual waitress a cash tip, rather then her I guess. I dunno. Just the way she acted when my mom handed it to our actual waitress.
Will definitely be back again. Thank you for a great experience!!!

As a preface, I have always been a meat & potatoes kind of guy, but this restaurant changed me completely.
So far, I have tried 4 different dishes, and every one of them has been perfect. (The Jal-Jeera drink has become a new staple for me as well.. however it’s not for everybody!)
The owners / operators are kind, humble, and accommodating. The prices are very affordable, and the food quality is excellent.
They will definitely be on the rotation for the places we frequently visit.

Wonderfully nice staff, AMAZING food! I tend to find things spicy when others don’t…and i thought I’d hate Indian food…but the serving staff was super helpful in recommending the least spicy foods, and what takes the spice out best. And even when my sensitive mouth was set afire, the food was still absolutely delicious! Turns out I just don’t like Americanized Indian food, but the real thing is no compare…highly recommend!!!!

I came in for chicken biryani and garlic naan, which I haven’t had since I lived in Colorado. The biryani was perfect! It had a lovely floral taste. And the naan was also delicious, just maybe a little dry. I’ll definitely come back!
