What a pleasant suprise! This place was always great, but the food & vibe has improved by 10x since the new owners. I was greeted by the owner Jesus as soon as I came – he was so warm and inviting. They had indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of parking. So many fun coffee options, I got an iced matcha latte and my friend a regular coffee. It was brunch time and I got a berried and goat cheese salad and I have to say it was excellent. Homemade salad dressing and walnuts were lightly candied and my friend a Swiss omelet. They also have a byob supper club once a month for a prefixed menu and this Halloween it’s a murder mystery theme. So exited for it. Honestly a totally impressive experience. Will be coming back soon and honestly I’m going to tell everyone to go. Congratulations on the revamp and I’m disappointed I didn’t come sooner.

Highly recommend. Great brunch at Indian Lake Bistro. Wonderful service and food! I had a bistro salad with salmon. The honey lime vinaigrette was delicious and the candied walnuts were subtly sweet. Perfect! We don’t eat out often but Indian Lake Bistro will be at the top of our list.

The location is easy to find and parking is right outside the front door! When we arrived for breakfast we found a table and met the owner who was such a nice guy! We ordered the El Presidente that was cooked to perfection and had great flavors. Check out the photos and we also ordered another special breakfast dish pictured as well. I plan to go back for the French toast! Give this place a whirl I think you will be glad you did!
UPDATE: I went back this time and tried the seafood soup. Wow! Lots of fish and shrimp. Check out the pictures. Also, we had the chicken salad that had apples and grapes in it absolutely delicious.

Glad I found this place, I love it. Nice atmosphere, right on the lake in a cozy intersection in town. The food is really good & presented nicely, the hot chocolate is amazing as well as the specialty coffees.

One of the best place in Denville for brunch. The place is right across the lake, a really nice, clean and calm atmosphere. Kelly was the only one working there but got the order and food on the table within no time. The food was cooked very well, fresh and very delicious. I will definitely visit this place on my next visit to Denville. One of the most peaceful brunches you will ever have. Take a walk across to the lake after eating.

What can I say about the Bistro, outside I really like it here. The food is good the atmosphere is welcoming the service is professional. The Bistro is by the private lake it’s a nice looking lake. I wish I could fish it. Okay enough of that on to the food. Steak and eggs is ordered by me bacon eggs and French toast is ordered by my Wife. Both plates comes out the food looks enticing steak is medium rare cooked perfect the eggs over easy rice black beans an avocado. This isn’t our first time we are not regulars but we are fans.

The breakfast establishment is quite charming, and the food was delightful, especially the chorizo omelet accompanied by potatoes and toast. The ambiance was also quite pleasant. While the service was generally satisfactory, it took approximately ten minutes to receive a menu, even though the restaurant was not overly crowded.

The food is fantastic, very well prepared and fresh. Probably the best French Toast I’ve ever had in my life and the cheese corn cakes are a brand new flavor to me, but very good.
Only downfall is time. It took 40m to get our food, when estimated to be 20-25m. Unfortunately, we were in a bit of a rush due to my son having to get to an appointment so we didn’t get to really enjoy our food.
Will definitely come again, but when we don’t have anything to go to for a while.
