Good variety. Delicious food. Nice music. Beautiful decor. Friendly staff. I felt $23 was very reasonable. In the Detroit area we pay $20 per plate for buffet. The only thing we noticed was that there are several steep stairs with no visible elevator. However, the owner says there IS an elevator available upon request.

Been meaning to come here for a while and wish I tried it out sooner! Coming from Malaysia, I’ve been spoiled with really good Indian food and this place doesn’t disappoint!

I was very much overwhelmed with the ambience in the beginning. But I should say, the service and the food was really bad. It started with serving staff starting at us and they kept looking at us like as if we were not meant to be here. The serving lady and the guy kept on asking my wife even when she was having the food if they could remove the plate. Very indecent behavior from the staff. I thought May be we were there at the closing time but the closing time was almost 1 hour more.

Great place to experience traditional Indian food experience. Have to take the stairs, the restaurant is located on the second floor. Loved the ambience and vibe. Food was decent for the price. Entree quantity sufficient for serving two people. It comes with rice. We also ordered a bread basket along with Kadhai Paneer, it was slightly under cooked. Recommend trying their Veg Biryani, it was so flavorful. Although felt like their service was a bit slow, overall enjoyed the dining experience here.

I hate giving 3 or less stars. A friend who visited this place before recommended it. The ambience of this restaurant is very good. But the most important thing The Food and the staff both deserve a thumbs down from me. Tried Onion Kulcha (So, undercooked and the onion didn’t taste at all, it was like a plain naan) and Kadhai Paneer (When I was asked the spice level, I told them Spicy spicy, still it was so bland and sweet). The complementary Papad was very good. The chutneys tasted very bad. I tried a couple of cocktails which were good. Nice Bollywood songs if you are interested.

I was there around 9pm on a Thursday night. I ordered the butter chicken and garlic naan. The chicken tasted stale, had a bit of freezer burn taste, and didn’t taste like butter chicken to me. So as I scooped up more chicken to inspect, I noticed that the chicken pieces were shredded and had a slight char. Then I realized that they probably took old tandoori chicken, shredded it, and mixed it into some sort of tomato sauce. It didn’t taste like butter chicken so I asked the waitress if it was in fact butter chicken. She walked to the kitchen, came back and told me it’s butter chicken. Again, I don’t think it was at all. In any event, if it’s in fact butter chicken it was not like any I’ve had before.

I am from india and I have eaten Indian food all my life and in a lot of restaurants. I found a good review on Google for this place and I ended up here. The taste of chicken tikka masala was good but it definitely felt like it was microwaved and given or something like that, the temperature of the meat and the curry were completely off and the curry was unevenly hot. Also, they charged me extra for some special form of chicken tikka masala which I didn’t really ask for, looks like a complete rip off, moral of the story, don’t believe in Google reviews anymore. When I asked the server about the uneven temperature of the curry, she just smiled and didn’t help out. It’s all good, it’s not their fault but I just want to share my experience.

Appetizers were good overall. The atmosphere of the hotel was good. Service was overall very good but the taste of the food was specifically paneer dishes. Was not up to Indian style. Even the chat and the bhel puri were not the taste I was looking for.
