For drinks, the Mumbai Breeze was great. The pineapple margarita wasn’t my favorite (a bit too spicy for my taste) but still interesting.
The atmosphere was on point, beautiful Indian decor with Indian music playing in the background. Total cozy desi vibes.
I ordered the Goat Biryani, Chicken 65, and Chana Masala, and every dish was outstanding:
Goat Biryani – Aromatic, perfectly spiced, and incredibly flavorful. The meat was tender and juicy, and the fried onions added the perfect crunch.
Chicken 65 – Crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat. A perfect starter!
Chana Masala – One of the best I’ve had in Chicago! Creamy, balanced gravy with perfectly cooked chickpeas — comforting and delicious.
The portion sizes were generous, the food tasted fresh, and the quality was consistent throughout. The staff was polite, friendly, and attentive, making the overall experience even better.
The combination of amazing food + great service + wonderful ambience truly makes Indian Gardens stand out. The pictures I’ve shared don’t even capture how delicious everything tasted!
If you love Indian food — or even if you’re trying it for the first time — Indian Gardens is a place you absolutely must visit. Highly recommended!
Can’t wait to come back again!
The food was delicious with high quality ingredients and full of flavors. Dosa bar complimentary with food. The service was excellent and punctual. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing with Indian music playing in the background
We were celebrating a birthday, and they surprised us with a gajar ka halwa cake, and even played the birthday song. It made the celebration truly special.
Everything was perfect, and the hospitality was outstanding. Highly recommend!
we ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken, && Lamb Biryani, && everything came out fresh, flavorful, and well-spiced. The biryani was packed with tender lamb and loaded with herbs, the gravies were rich and creamy, and the naan came out warm and perfect.
Service was solid too, they checked on us multiple times without being overbearing. You can tell they care about keeping guests happy.
Overall, really good experience, and I definitely want to come back to try their buffet next time. If it’s anything like the dishes we had, it’s going to be fire.
We recently had a delightful dinner at The Indian Garden Restaurant in Chicago, and it was truly outstanding!
The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the veg jalfrezi, tandoori roti, rice, and in dessert we had gulab jamun and Gajar halwa and every single item was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor.
Beyond the wonderful food, the hospitality was unmatched. The waiters were incredibly humble and attentive and the manager Me. K C Mishra made sure that we had a good time and quality food. The service was quick and efficient, making for a truly pleasant dining experience.
Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for authentic, delicious Indian cuisine coupled with truly great service!
