The balti my Mrs ordered left her in quite a shock as she wouldn’t expect chickpeas on her balti if you know what I mean ;).
All in all nice place the cheese garlic naan is delicious and the house white is a sweet cheap delight
We enjoyed but thought it could have been better over all 4/5 next stop TACO PADRON
The containers of curry don’t look that big but they are very generous and we just had popadoms to start them a curry each and it was definitely enough!
But the experience goes beyond the plate. The service was phenomenal. The staff were attentive and incredibly friendly, making you feel welcome and valued from the moment you walk in. Their recommendations were spot-on, guiding us through the menu and ensuring a delightful culinary adventure.
The location itself adds to the charm. Nestled in Cala d’Or, the restaurant offers a pleasant ambiance, perfect for a relaxed and enjoyable evening.
Overall, Indian Fusion Cala D’Or is a must-visit for anyone seeking a delicious and authentic Indian dining experience with a modern twist. The combination of phenomenal food, impeccable service, and a lovely location makes it a true gem. I highly recommend it!
The queue moved along at a reasonable pace, and I was promptly shown to a table by a courteous staff member.
I ordered a refreshing beer and took some time to peruse the menu.
After careful consideration, I decided to start my meal with a couple of warm, crispy, and fresh poppadoms accompanied by a delectable pickle tray. For my starter, I opted for the seekh kebab. As my main course, I selected the tantalizing tandoori chicken shashlik, complemented by a freshly baked naan.
The poppadoms arrived promptly, and I was delighted to find them warm, crispy, and fresh. The pickle tray consisted of a variety of chutneys, including mango chutney, yoghurt mint, and onion chutney. The onion chutney, in particular, provided a delightful spicy kick.
My seekh kebab arrived shortly after the poppadoms. I was pleased to have retained the pickle tray, as the kebab was not accompanied by any mint yoghurt, which I would typically expect.
The kebab was exceptionally flavorful and quite generous in portion size.
My main course, the tandoori chicken shashlik, arrived sizzling on a platter. It was a visually appealing dish, featuring large chunks of succulent chicken breast nestled atop a bed of onions and peppers. The taste matched its appearance, delivering a burst of flavors with every bite. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and infused with aromatic spices.
The naan was freshly prepared and complemented the other dishes perfectly.
Overall, I highly recommend dining at Indian Fusion. If you decide to visit, I strongly suggest trying the delectable tandoori chicken shashlik.
