The food quality is very good for the time it took to prepare and arrive. The flavors are authentic. The service is very good. I had butter chicken, ulli vada, roti, paratha, and dall. They threw in some ullivada for free. the butter chicken scored the highest at 8.5, unllivada at 7, paratha and rotti at 7, dall at 6.5. On a 10 point scale. Ive tried better versions of each dish so I feel I shouldent give them a full 5/5. Thank you for sharing Indian culture with Edmundston.
