Gatanjali took wonderful care of us! One of the best first time dining experiences we’ve had in Longmont. Our food was hot, fresh a delicious, we loved everything. Highly recommend the paneer pakora, samosas, garlic naan, chicken korma and diary free chicken tikka masala. Their chai was the best chai I’ve ever had.

We had one of the BEST dining experiences ever in Boulder, CO! If you love authentic Nepali and Indian food, this place is an absolute must-visit.
Every dish we ordered was FULL of flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented:
Chicken Tandoori – juicy, smoky, and packed with spices
Lamb Jalfrezi – bold, spicy, and incredibly delicious
Lamb Korma – rich, creamy, and full of flavor
Chicken Korma – melt-in-your-mouth goodness
Saag Paneer – fresh, comforting, and perfectly seasoned
Garlic Naan – soft, buttery, and addictive

Authentic. Each dish topped the prior one. Quality. We walked in and ordered and were told 20 minutes even though the place was empty. This Indian restaurant makes each order as it’s placed. Nondescript. The shopping strip and Indian Bites interior were tidy but boring. Giving off no indication how good the food would be. And yet. Our meal was delicious. I’m definitely going back soon. You should too.

Always enjoy coming here for takeaway. Food is always spot on. In my opinion the best Indian food in town. Normally I stick with the Chicken Tikka Masala but tonight we tried the chicken Jalfrezi. It was good and if you’re looking for more veggies I feel I came with every vegetable in the kitchen. Garlic Naan bread also never disappoints.

Pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was. Honestly when we walked in it was kind of basic looking, but clean so we decided to give it a try. Only one guy running the front of the house so we had to be patient to order but he was very friendly when it came our turn. The garlic naan was the best I’ve ever had! Recommend the butter chicken and thr lamb Madras. Would love to come back but traveling thru town. Its a must for anyone else deciding.

Food was EXTREMELY good. As a family tried a variety of apps and dishes. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, disappointed. Service was great, the guy we had was very respectful and helpful. The place itself is average, but don’t let that fool you. I have eaten a lot of Indian food, both in the US and India. This is the best I have had.
