Regular customer i usually order chicken biryani. The biryani u guys sent yesterday was definitely not fresh, it has a very stale and sour smell i have still kept as a proof with me.. i am very much disappointed . I need my money back for this order. It was not worth my money .. also be concerned about the hygiene and also it didn’t match the photo description from the website, where is the cashews fried shallots nothing was there just beans..
Every staff is really good and friendly. Rafi brother is very friendly and delivers great customer service and care.
Review:
I was extremely disappointed with the mutton biryani here. The rice had no real flavor and felt dry, lacking the aroma and richness you expect in a good biryani. The worst part was the meat — it was mostly bones, fat, and inedible pieces rather than tender mutton. It felt like I paid for scraps instead of a proper dish. For the price, the portion and quality were really poor. Definitely not worth recommending. But before 6..7 months ago it was very good but not now.
I went to order takeaway, and while placing the order, no one mentioned the wait time. The Hyderabadi guy who took my order just put it in the system and walked off. I paid and waited… and waited. Even after asking multiple times, no one bothered to update me. One of the ladies said she would check and come back, but she never did.
There were only around 8–10 people in the restaurant, yet they kept serving dine-in and Uber orders first while I was left waiting in the corner for over 45 minutes. If I hadn’t already paid, I would’ve just gone next door to another Indian restaurant.
The food was just okay — nowhere near what it used to be in terms of flavor or quality.
You really need to lift your service standards, or soon you’ll be left waving flies away instead of customers.
We ordered veg biryani, mix veg, Hyderabadi daal, noodles, chilli paneer, and shahi paneer. Every single dish was bursting with flavor, served hot and fresh, and beautifully packaged. Our guests couldn’t stop praising the food—especially the biryani, mix veg, noodles, and shahi paneer. The chilli paneer was a bit on the spicier side (as expected!), but it was still a crowd favorite.
A special shoutout to Rafi Bhai, who personally ensured that each item was prepared to perfection. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were clearly reflected in every bite. The prices were incredibly reasonable considering the generous portions, quality, and overall taste—we genuinely believe no one in this region can match IBR on value.
Thank you so much to the entire IBR team and Rafi Bhai for making our event so memorable. I highly recommend IBR to anyone looking for full-party catering. Order once, and you’ll become a customer for life—just like us!
