The food at Indian Affair was some of the most flavoursome and aromatic I’ve had in Manchester. The menu offered great variety for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans, and included alcohol-free drinks. They were also happy to adapt dishes to personal taste (in my case, less spicy).
The atmosphere was cosy with quiet music, soft lighting and a welcoming feel, making it easy to relax.
Service was quick, and the staff were friendly, attentive and polite. Together with the wonderful food and relaxing setting, this created an exceptional dining experience.
I would highly recommend Indian Affair to anyone seeking an outstanding meal in Manchester. It left a lasting impression for all the right reasons!

Had a really tasty meal here, the menu was straight to the point meaning you weren’t getting lost flipping through pages! The curries were delicious, aromatic and flavourful. The atmosphere was really nice and all the staff were lovely!

Atmosphere: Jazz music in modern surroundings that smell delightful. Really chill vibes.
Review: Beautiful dishes with complex flavours that pair wonderfully with each dish. This place really takes pride in the unique flavour combinations and is really worth giving a go simply for trying something new with an old name.
Staff were lovely, kind and attentive and very aware of all tables.
Please sell your chutneys! They’re delicious!!

First time visiting and definitely not the last, such a lovely venue with incredible staff, Sarah who served us was very friendly & amazing customer service! Compliments to the chef, food was the spotlight. The lamb was so tender it fell apart, highly recommend for any food lover!

For me, it was a new twist on a curry. Menu wasn’t too extensive, so didn’t get lost not knowing what to order.
Service was very good loads of staff to attend to your needs.

Our experience at Indian Affair was one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had! The service was amazing, so attentive and quick to take our order, accommodating dietary and vegan requirements, and bringing out our food and drinks quickly.
The food itself was delicious – some of the best Indian I have had. So fresh and flavourful, and really decent portion sizes (great value for money here). I would especially recommend the Lamb Nihari, which tastes as impressive as it looks.
The atmosphere was lively and fun, and the staff were very kind to us. We didn’t have to worry about a thing – this was a birthday celebration and they helped organise a birthday surprise for me!
We will definitely be returning to Indian Affair!

Food: We ordered fish pakoras to start which was very fresh and tasty. For mains we got the spinach chicken curry and lamb curry in which both were very nice and had a decent amount of spice to them.
Atmosphere: very well decorated and spacious.
Price: price was slightly on the high side even with 20% but understandable based on the location and quality of the food, I did feel like the portions could have been more generous especially on the starters.
Service: the service was what stood out the most, the waiter who served us was incredibly friendly and helpful and made sure we were having a top experience during the time there. It’s very rare to receive such high levels of service so definitely a winning point for me to come again.
