I found their food very average. The Biryani wasn’t really outstanding as expected but the Galauti kebab was great. Raita and mint chutney were very sweet in taste. Service is very good. Reasonably priced too.

The food here is delicious, hygienic. Especially opt for mughal cuisine for which it is famous and biryani is love. Quantity of biryani rice is note-ably less unless you have lack of appetite.
Reduced 1 star because the service is extremely slow.

Very disappointing experience. The biryani was absolutely tasteless and poorly prepared. The rice was completely broken and overprocessed, ruining the texture. The potato was not even properly boiled, and the mutton was undercooked and hard, making it very unpleasant to eat. This was honestly the worst biryani I’ve ever had. Would not recommend this place at all.

One of my favt biriyani. I took one chicken biriyani and one mutton biriyani. Both was just so perfect. Price was 350/- no charge for container. Gst was 19.38×2. they have only two outlet kaikhali and khidirpur. Chicken and mutton pieces were perfect.

So I’m writing this review from the bottom of my heart, I went to your kaikhali restaurant to take food from your outlet, and thought that it would have been a good decision for my father’s birthday. But it turned out to be a pathetic experience I never ever imagined that a chain restaurant like you all can do business like this, after having dinner with my family members, all of our mood got spoiled, I spent 1500 all together to at least make my father’s day better, cause we all know we can be happy for a day if we feed good to our womb. But here it didn’t work here, having three stories building running restaurants is not worth it at all if you cannot serve good food. I can assure you all that whoever will eat your food for the first time will definitely not visit anymore. Even in your takeaway counter guy lied to me when I asked how much is your piece of mutton weighing. Just to sell your so-called biryani. It was boiled rice with a massive potato and a lot of bones instead of meat costs rs. 310. The photo is also attached for your reference. Well you all have lost the faith of your valuable customer. Moreover I will definitely try not to recommend anybody to visit your restaurant further. I hope you all do business in good etiquette. Peace out.

This resturant is located just opposite to the hotel O2 Oxygen,serves delicious biriyani. We have tried both normal and kachhi biriyani among which Kachhi biriyani was not up to the mark. The galouti kebab was amazing. They have served it with paratha .Overall good experience.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a mutton dish expecting rich flavors and tender meat, but what I got was completely unacceptable. The mutton was severely undercooked—chewy, tough, and almost impossible to eat.
When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they were indifferent and offered no solution. A dish like this should never have left the kitchen. Given the price, I expected way better quality and proper cooking standards.
The rest of the meal was average at best, but the undercooked mutton completely ruined the experience. Food safety should be a priority, and serving raw or improperly cooked meat is simply unacceptable. Won’t be coming back.
