Great place. Food is great. 1st time I’ve ever been to an Indian buffet. Spacious and intimate. Great place to enjoy food and people watch. Reasonable price. Not bad for a group.

I went here the other night and told the server I wanted something that was mild because I can’t eat anything with too much spice. He directed me to a dish he described as “like Mac and cheese without the pasta” and he was right! So unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the dish but it was amazing. I also got the kombucha which was really good. Oh and you gotta get their garlic naan.

Friendly staff greets you upon walking in. There are contactless menus, so you just scan the barcode for food and drink options. The food came out within a reasonable amount of time. We ordered lamb palak & kadhai lamb with garlic naan. All of the food was delicious. The meat was tender. The meals were flavorful and spicy. You have the option of telling the waitress to not have the meal so spicy. The restaurant was clean. The food was delicious.

Tried their lunch buffet on a weekend , it was great . The place is very well decorated . The quality and the quantity of food was great as well . The only thing I didn’t like was the platter of tandoori chicken that was given tasted odd. It also had a lot of color.

Good food in River North. We had the mixed vegetable pakora for an appetizer. It was decent. It could have been a little more crispy and I think it needed some chat masala on it, but it was still pretty good. The paneer makhani was delicious. I definitely recommend this if you like the dishes with sweeter sauce. The Malai kofta, I feel it’s missing some spices to it. It just needed a little more flavor, but it was still good, and I’d probably order it again. We just had plain nann this time. Most of it was pretty soft. There were some harder pieces though. At the end of the dinner, they give you a hot towel. Overall, I would recommend this place if you’re in the mood for good Indian food with a date night type of atmosphere.

I visited India House Restaurant for their lunch buffet. Totally worth the money. The food was very tasty . The quality of food is also very good and the restaurant has amazing ambience which is very well maintained. My favorite from their menu are paneer makhani , gulab jamun, any naan and rice , mango ice cream. The buffet is only 17.95 from monday to thursday and 18.95 from friday to sunday.

I had tandoori platter with Biryani and drinks paid $120 so expensive and below average food. Barely Indian flavours, westernised in the worst way.
