Mediocre food, warehouse atmosphere with several restaurants surrounding a common eating space. You place your order from a tablet at most of the restaurants in this venue. In theory that’s a great idea. But the execution of the order-and-delivery system are poor. Menus are difficult to read, and patrons cluster in a bottleneck to read them from the wall. The restaurants are minimally staffed. (Independent Deli had only one employee making all of the orders one at a time.) The order number on my receipt didn’t match the number on my phone confirmation. So I wasn’t quite sure when my order was ready. I suppose this is a good place to eat if you have to accommodate several people. However, you pay sit-down restaurant prices for fast food.

Stopped in the Blue Bird Market for lunch. My wife and I ordered a sandwich from here. I ordered the Italian for $15 and came with only one piece of ham. I asked the guy if this is how they come and he said yes. For $15 plus tax and service fee you get a roll with some lettuce and one small piece of ham. Ended up having to get something at another shop cause that was barely enough. I know these types of places are a bit pricey but that was really bad.

The independent deli is absolutely hands down the best sandwich location in and around Silverthorne! They have great bread for all of their sandwiches and even gluten free which I was surprised to see! Fresh boars head meat and cheese with shaved lettuce on the sandwich adds such a nice touch. Fantastic local owners that have carved out a great spot to serve great sandwiches at a great price for the product they are serving! Highly recommend stopping in and getting a roast beef and cheddar or an Italian!

Soup tasted great but bread boule was too shallow and not fresh making for a bad value and wasted bread at the end. Turkey sandwich was decent.

Fine. I had the Italian sub. The hoagie roll was baseline okay. It was too light on meat and the meat was quite plain. No match for delis down the mountains, let alone delis out east.
