We ordered a burger and received it practically raw. We were lazy and ordered from DoorDash, so we didn’t give them a chance to fix the issue, but it was still a huge disappointment.

Place has gone downhill quick, from being a favorite spot to frequent with my girl. The turnover from front of house staff to back has left so many irregularities. The cook didn’t put grilled onions on my inclined burger today because apparently, he doesn’t like onions. Bartenders with zero training. They difference is night and day from a few months ago.

The burger was pretty good. If you order a basket of fries, it’s enough for two people. So, don’t order two baskets. It was clean inside, and they have a big easy to read menu. They have burgers, chicken sandwiches, and a variety of beers.

I like Incline Burger, but today’s service was a major disappointment. It started off seeing the front door propped open and the side window to let a fairly strong breeze run through the lobby, only to see a lady take her sweet time tapping in her order on the tablet placed on the front counter. There were three adults (and for whatever reason, a child) in the kitchen that did not come out for the first 15 minutes of my visit. The first 8 minutes were waiting for the lady ahead of me to finish tapping in her order on the front counter tablets, which were very sticky by the way. That same lady had to say, “Excuse me.” four times before someone heard her over the Mexican music playing in the kitchen, while there was other music playing in the dining area.
After placing my order and taking a seat, there finally comes someone from the kitchen to the front counter to take the two customers’ orders behind me. Unfortunately, he used the same glove to tap in their orders on that sticky tablet up front to check in the back which burgers in the expo window have grilled onions for my order. I wasn’t going to make a scene by speaking to anyone about it, but I’m displeased with what I witnessed.
My order included two double incline burgers and one regular incline burger. Unless the patties are measured differently and they always stack two on top of each other, this can be a profit loss since all three of my burgers had 2 patties in them. As a consumer, I’m glad to receive more than what I pay for, but as a businessman, I hope not to see Incline Burger go under for this type of mismanagement.
I don’t think I’ll return to this location in Reno again. The burgers do taste good, despite knowing how and with what they were touched, but I wish the customer service and food health and safety measures weren’t ignored.

This place has really great service and really good food. The server Joaquim was absolutely amazing! You can tell he loves his job and, personally I love when I find employees like this for my company.
Joaquim & Inclined Burger on Robb Dr is five stars all the way!

My take out order of $8 garlic fries was unfortunately inedible, hard as a rock. Also, the Double Inclined Burgers were burnt and received hardly a hello from the staff. I should have checked the order before driving all the way home. Bummed, I was really curious about this spot. This was my first, and might be my last, visit :/

One of my favorite burgers in town. Burgers are always delicious. Garlic fries and soooo garlicky and perfect. Food was ready when it was estimated and the staff were friendly. Will always recommend

So this was my first time here. Sawyer was at the front counter and greeted me with great enthusiasm! I told him it was our first time here and he took the time to break down the menu and explain how it works. By him taking the time to explain. I was able to order. The inclined burger. With egg and bacon. With a side of the inclined sauce. Which is amazing flavored with bacon and onions. With a hint of spice. I also ordered the inclined fries. Which is literally flavors in a basket. Absolutely delicious and hit the spot in a way I almost can’t put to words! Thank you inclined burgers and especially thank you sawyer!!!! If you are in the area you must try this place.

Even when they were busy you felt like you were the only ones by how efficient and special they treat you! We are from Reno and will make a weekly trip from now on! Thanks to all!
