Inca’s Peruvian Cuisine is a very solid spot if you’re looking for authentic Peruvian flavors with great presentation and strong service.
The food was flavorful and well plated. We ordered a variety of dishes including ceviche, lomo-style beef with vegetables and potatoes, arroz-based seafood dishes, fried calamari, and traditional Peruvian appetizers. Everything was fresh and nicely balanced. The ceviche had that perfect citrus kick, and the beef dish was tender and rich. The sauces complemented the dishes very well without overpowering them.
The presentation really stands out here. Each plate looks carefully prepared, colorful, and thoughtfully arranged. Even the desserts were nicely done. The flan and ice cream combination was a great way to finish the meal.
Service was excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the visit. We did not have to wait for a table, and the experience felt smooth from start to finish.
Atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. It works well for date nights, family dinners, or small groups.

Or was snowing and we were the first to show up when it opened. So we weren’t sure what to expect. The quality of the food was honestly amazing! The ceviche was fresh! Taste was great! The presentation was soo beautiful. Service was awesome! Will definitely come again.

One of the best restaurants in the area. The food was really flavorful and filling, everything is spiced and salted well, the sauces are very tasty. We especially liked the seafood rice dish we had and will be ordering more seafood when we come back. The cocktail was strong and delicious, the presentation for all dishes and drinks felt more upscale than a typical casual restaurant. Service was super friendly and our waiter helped us order. Highly recommend!

I came here to try a new Peruvian Restaurant. I normally go to a place in Patchogue on Long Island. I was pleasantly surprised by this cozy little restaurant on a corner. The Food was good, the service was good, and the atmosphere was great. They have ample space between the tables and there were many people enjoying their dinner. The food was prepared in a timely manner and I had time between my appetizer and entree. The food was hot and had great flavor. I would definitely recommend trying dinner here.

Wow! We had an exceptional dining experience at this new Peruvian restaurant. Overall it was a delight from start to finish. The drinks were delicious, balanced and beautifully served. We had an appetizer that offered something for everyone in our party. We all enjoyed it. We each enjoyed our main meal, we were impressed. Great vegetarian options as well, my Pesto spaghetti was made with the best pesto I’ve ever had. Everything was made with the freshest best ingredients and you can taste all the wonderful flavors. The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and attentive.

I finally had my chance to head over to Inca’s this evening. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was phenomenal. I was greeted by warm smiles and friendly personalities from my servers Alisson & Jake. They made me immediately feel like an old friend they’ve known for a while. Never having Peruvian food before, they assisted me with my choice and boy it didn’t disappoint. I ordered the Tallarines Verde with skirt steak and it was absolutely delicious! I can’t say enough about this gem of a restaurant tucked away in Sound Beach. Do yourself a favor. Head over to Inca’s and enjoy a delicious Peruvian meal with great atmosphere and even better staff.
