I work in Seattle and this place is way better than the Mexican restaurants I go to. So much food nice and friendly and quiet. I guess that is why I love Moses Lake so much! I had the chicken and steak fajita, best I ever had love this place and definitely be back!!!

Great atmosphere, great food. We were given chips and salsa when we arrived. We ordered Molcajetes, delicious! Menudo was yummy, served a very healthy portion. We also ordered a Campechana, which isn’t a true campechana but just shrimp and octopus. I definitely had to prepare the broth it came in. Service is superb! Very attentive, not a single rude server. Would definitely come back here again.

Really generous portion and beautifully cooked dishes. I enjoyed my lamb dish and the “los tres amigos” a lot. Beware, los tres amigos looked like it feeds two people. The place is also packed with helpful staff.

Decently clean (won’t mention the incredibly greasy drink menu, I advise you don’t pick it up like I did) charming decor, AMAZING red salsa. I ordered the Special. Two Enchiladas and a Kiwi Margarita. It was good (I ordered on the rocks but got blended…and No salt? Rice, beans and sauce were all well seasoned however. Try Inca! Huge menu….

Good and service was pretty good. The beans were scorching hot and tasted like plastic but the rest was good. I only gave 4 stars because they charged nearly $4 to run my debit card without telling me there was a fee. Which is ridiculous in my opinion. We could have paid cash had they just told us. And for $4/ soda you would think you would have gotten a refill but no.

Food is great, only problem is that guests of Hispanic descent are always treated better than Caucasian’s are. It’s happened many times! Way too many Mexican restaurants in Moses Lake to support one that is often racist against white people!

We try to stop by Inca on our way to Seattle or coming home from Seattle. The place is always busy, but we always find a place to park and a booth to sit .
We always order the carne asada with a mango margarita or amber beer. We always love the complimentary chips and salsa. Their salsa is more on the spicy side but so good. A nice cold beverage calms down the spice.
The carne asada is always perfectly seasoned and flavorful. We like that they ask us how we like our steak, medium rare.
Our favorite place for Mexican, we don’t even mind the drive to get there.

I love this place! They have great food and a wide variety of choices. Sometimes wait times for food can be a little long in the afternoons but that’s typical. Love getting the blended margaritas although I always have to add an extra shot. Trust me!
The seafood dishes are delicious! My daughters love the chicken enchiladas. Waiters are always on the go but are always friendly!
