First time here random anticucho grilled heart craving. The food and presentation is excellent. I just didn’t like the spice of the food I ordered I wish they didn’t drizzle it with too much spicy stuff. The atmosphere is kinda loud for me and when people laugh it echoes and bothers my ears lol but that’s just me. I’d order food to go next time.

I had the pollo a la brasa, and let me tell you—it was absolutely amazing! I’m Peruvian, and it’s been years since I’ve had chicken this good outside of New Jersey. The flavor took me right back home—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right.
If you’re craving real Peruvian food, this is the spot to visit. The atmosphere is warm, the service is great, and the food truly tastes authentic. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine Peruvian flavors here in White Plains!

I found this restaurant completely by accident, it could not have been a better surprise. My food was excellent. Service was not the best, but my server was friendly. He mostly disappeared after food was delivered. Menu was on am ipad, which was a first for me. I would absolutely eat here again. They were open surprisingly late!

I know how to make Peruvian food. I always criticized a restaurant that pretends to present “good” food. This time at this restaurant everything was made to perfection from the presentation to the food flavors. It was an excellent experience! Great service!

Decided to have dinner with a friend today and headed to this lovely Peruvian place. The restaurant is very clean, good amount of seating and plenty of space between the tables. We Liked their menus as they use tablets instead of papers, but felt they lack to provide a full description for some their plates instead of just pictures. As this would help people with food allergies and new people experience their Peruvian food. We order the traditional drink Chicha Morada, it was good and for started we had the Papa a la Huancaina which was very good and Causa Rellena with Tuna, we found it to be super salty. We then had a Lomo Saltado which I loved (a bit salty for me) and could not finish it all and my friend had the Pollo Saltado which she found it to be a bit salty as well. I am Peruvian and been reducing my salt intake, perhaps I should start to ask to make it less salty in the future. We had a nice experience, the waitress was nice, it took a bit longer to order our food, but our food did come out quick. There are plenty of parking (Meter) not free in the area. I would say, this is one of best Peruvian places I have eating in White Plains. Also this was my friend first experience eating Peruvian Food and she did love it, with the exception of the salt. She is also reducing her salt intake.

I had an amazing dining experience at Inca Gaucho in White Plains! The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavor, fresh, and beautifully served. The restaurant has a warm, inviting atmosphere that made the whole evening enjoyable.
A special shoutout to Andrea, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was kind, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. Her friendly attitude and excellent service made a big difference and truly elevated our experience.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Peruvian cuisine and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back — thank you, Andrea!

While I’m not keen on giving negative ratings, I believe constructive feedback can aid business improvement. Regarding this restaurant, although it offers generous portions, I question its authenticity in representing Peruvian cuisine. Moreover, obscured pricing on the menu and mandatory 18% gratuity are concerning practices. This setup might hinder their incentive to provide excellent service, as gratuity becomes assured regardless of performance.

If you’re looking for a place that values its customers, respects reservations, or communicates professionally, this is definitely not the place.
My boyfriend made a reservation two weeks in advance for Thanksgiving, which is also my birthday. Their website clearly said they would be open, and we even received a confirmation email.
When we arrived, the restaurant was closed. I called several times and left messages, and no one ever called me back. When I finally reached the manager, he blamed the owner and offered no solutions, no apology, and no compensation for the inconvenience.
This was unprofessional, confusing, and honestly disrespectful. I wouldn’t trust this place with a reservation ever again.

I made a reservation for Thanksgiving thinking that this place would be open as I’ve been there before. Website specifically stated “Bring your friends for Thanksgiving” I received confirmation email for a 6pm reservation and venue was completely closed without even a note on the door.
This ruined our Thanksgiving dinner. I’d like a reason as to why the restaurtant was closed without communication to customers as owner is unresponsive when you call into the restaurtant.
