I came here years ago, in March 2021 pre-epidemic and got a chef salad and loved it! Awesome service & friendly staff, had hoped to go back since but unfortunately haven’t had the extra money to eat out lately. But wanted to make sure I at least paid them well-deserved great review. I’m new to the area and I was looking for some good local food. I was recommended to stop by Inbound and let me tell you, what an experience. Cruz is one of the most pleasant people ever and recommended that I try their homemade steak tip bowl, regular cheese slice and some chicken wings. If you are looking for a quick bite or a meal to bring home to your family, this is the place to go. The food, the atmosphere and overall experience was fantastic. I will be a regular at Inbound now.

Stopped in to grab a quick slice of pizza , and it’s legit the biggest slice I’ve ever seen! Really good too. It’s a little on the thin side, but it was really good! Nice counter help too. I paid $7 for the slice and a bottle of Coke. Not bad

I have been here many times, the staff is always friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. We always get the steak tip sub and buffalo chicken pizza, you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Never had a bad meal here. Cant wait to go again!

The place used to be solid, but lately the service has really slipped. The staff come across as dismissive, and it often feels like you’re bothering them just by ordering. I get that hiring is tough these days, but there should still be a basic level of customer service.

I have been eating pizza for many many many years, mostly in Boston and New York. I have had pizza that runs the gamut from simply amazing to either side of mediocre. The veggimania pizza I just bought and ate here was the blandest food, pizza or otherwise, that I have ever eaten in my life. I hate trashing businesses, especially small businesses, and am loathe to do so, but the blandness and absolute lack of ANY seasoning whatsoever has left me no choice but to write a negative review. Really really awful.
If anything, usually places like these tend to use overly salty cheese and sauce with no sense of subtlety. I’m not sure what the hell happened with this one, but it was the most disappointing food I’ve ever eaten. No offense to the business or the perfectly polite person behind the counter, but guys, cmon, get it together!!!

Inbound Pizza absolutely nails it when it comes to flavor and quality. The pizzas are insanely good it has a crispy crust, generous toppings, and perfectly melted cheese. You can tell they use fresh ingredients, and everything just tastes right. Whether you’re grabbing a slice on the go or ordering a full pie to share, it’s always a hit. Fast service, friendly staff, and amazing food. Definitely my go-to spot for pizza when I’m back in Boston.

As a student at Boston University, Inbound Pizza has been my go-to spot for the most affordable and tastiest pizza in the city. The buffalo cheese chicken pizza is perfectly baked, with a thin crust that’s hard to beat in Boston. Cruz makes every visit even better with his amazing hospitality, I’ve been coming here since I moved to Boston, and it always feels welcoming. Slice is also big and service is amazing . Also tried the mango lassi for the first time. I’m not a fan of lassi but really loved it. I’ll suggest it to my friends .
