Reviews
I arrived early for an appointment and wanted something to eat, so I searched for nearby food spots. I came across this place, noticed the mixed reviews, but decided to try it anyway — especially since the prices ranged from only $10 to $20.
I’m so glad I did.
The food was fresh, flavorful, and worth every penny. I enjoyed it so much that after my appointment, I went back and ordered another plate. Absolutely no regrets — just great food and a great experience.
Highly recommend giving this place a chance!
The portion size was decent for the price, which I do appreciate, especially with how expensive dining out has become. However, the quality of the food is where it fell short. The meat was noticeably dry and lacked the tenderness you’d expect from hibachi-style cooking. Even with sauce, it didn’t quite come together the way it should.
The rice was flavored, which was a plus, but it still didn’t hit the mark. It felt like it was missing depth or balance, and overall it didn’t elevate the meal. Hibachi is usually about bold flavors and that satisfying, savory finish, and this just didn’t deliver that experience.
The food itself wasn’t inedible, just subpar. It tasted rushed and lacked the care that makes hibachi stand out from regular takeout. If you’re looking for a quick, affordable meal and don’t have high expectations, this might work for you. But if you’re hoping for that classic hibachi flavor or something special, you’ll likely be disappointed.
I wouldn’t say I regret trying it, but I also wouldn’t go out of my way to come back. With a little more attention to seasoning, moisture, and overall execution, this place could improve significantly.
Staff was very friendly.
Prices are very reasonable as well.
