The spot is in a convenient place that easy to access close to the freeway. I really had not eaten at In N OUT many times before but I will definitely be adding it to my list :-). The service was fast especially for how busy they are. I know many shy away from this brand because of the drive thru lines wrapped around the block. I myself chose to go inside and it was great. The burgers were very tasty and had a great presentation to them. I also liked how they covered all the food with napkins until the whole order was done to keep everything warm. The only thing that holds the review from getting a 5 star is the French fries. The fries have absolutely no flavor,no salt nothing except a dry taste to them . I think if they stepped up their fries game a bit and added some seasoning they could be great ….possibly. I will say if you are looking for a place that offers many types of burgers this is not it unless you do some googling to find their hidden menu of what to ask for.

My family and I live in Washington so my husband and kid have never been to In-N-Out burger before. When we saw one on our way to medford, I knew we had to stop. I hadn’t had it for almost 18 years! We loved it! It wasn’t as great as I built it up in my mind to be but it was very good! And we were so happy to get the whole meals for under $30! That was awesome! Lol

To be honest, it was not hopping like it typically is in Southern California. However, the double doubles are about as tasty as it gets, their fresh cut fries are delicious and have a good amount of seasoning!

Worst service ever just now. Went thru the drive. They had no one at the pay window. we waited 3 minutes and when no one came and we saw the truck in front of us pay at the food window, we pulled forward to pay there. Then we sat for at least 10 minutes while they tried to straighten out who had paid our order. The food- cold now, and they held not just us up, but at least 15 other cars. If u want cars to pay at the1st window, then have it staffed. Also food should have been free for how long we waited. BTW, just 2 cheeseburgers on this order, so not big. Really really poor customer service.

This is the best In-n-Out burger experience we ever had. Our server Levi was very passionate about his job. He introduced us to the secret menu that we had never heard of before. We tried the lettuce wrapped burger and the “animal style” which is a special spread and pickled cucumber. It’s a new taste and feels very healthy and refreshing. Everyone in the shop was so nice and friendly, but I’d say Levi is the icon. He even came by and checked how we liked our food. If his Manager sees this comment, I do think they should consider giving this diligent young man who is so passionate about his job, a raise.
